I ordered two Seigla Yoga Wheels for both me and my boyfriend who also practices yoga with me. The Seigla Yoga Wheel is the perfect mixture of luxurious yoga prop with the proper balance of proper utility and affordability. The Seigla Yoga Wheel acts similarly to a foam roller prop except the diameter is about 3-4x larger which allows for deeper back bend stretches. Science says you gain flexibility slowly by extending, relaxing and breathing while slowly reaching for a pose.The Seigla Yoga Wheel is extremely well-made with literally zero imperfections I've seen some from of the other competitors that ironically retail at a much higher price. The Yoga Wheel Basic model is about 12” in diameter and is perfect for both me and my boyfriend to use me being 5'5 and him being about 6ft.The price is so reasonable for such a great invention especially compared to the other offerings on Amazon. The package arrives fully shrink wrapped and packed carefully. The shipping is fast and free and the Seigla customer support is absolutely fantastic. The Seigla Yoga Wheel also comes with an instructional guide which makes for learning all that easier. Oh, and their Instagram page is seriously like looking an art gallery! Even if you don't buy this wheel, definitely give that one a look!

Overall, the Vera Seigur Yoga Wheel is a versatile and effective prop that can benefit yogis or stretching enthusiasts of all levels. I gave it 4 stars overall since it helps with "Posture Support, Backbends, Poses, Muscle Therapy & Balance" but I'm not sure about the pain relief. I'm at a beginner level with yoga and find many postures uncomfortable, with or without the ring. But that's just me. The wheel's durable construction, comfortable (?) padding and compact design make it a good choice for home or studio use.

I think the overall product is well made . I think this product will stand the test of time .

The yoga wheel is awesome and works exactly as expected. Pretty comfortable, a decent size, sturdy, and the width is great - not too wide or narrow. However, I didn't receive the peanut massage roller that was supposed to come with the wheel, and that was part of the reason I purchased this wheel over others.

one of my friends spent like $50 on one of these types of wheels and it broke withn a couple weeks. This one is still going strong and it really has helped my to improve flexibility in my thoracic spine
