Well constructed.... easy to install.

Teeny Tiny Aero bars, almost not so much aero. They are basically big enough to rest your forearms and palms on the aero bridge. They are too small to mount a garmin between them, or water bottle. You might be able to put a mount on the aero bridge but then your hands will be covering the bike computer. I had to go to a stem mount for my garmin. If you have long arms or are taller than say 5'8" these will probably be too cramped for you. The 4 star is due to the CRAPPY handlebar mounting screws, the heads stripped almost instantly, forcing me to use a screw extractor to remove, once I put decent screws in for handlebar mounts things went better.

I bought two of them and used them on my light weight bike and touring bike. It functioned alright but the front bridge is not fastened. You just slide into the bar. It came off lose multiple times. While I was touring, I mounted my brand new bicycle light on it, and taped it, then whole thing fell off and broke my flashlight. It got lose and came off few other times. So I have to make sure I always pull the bridge backward while riding. It's kind of annoying. Particularly for the price, I didn't expect that kind of malfunction. I wouldn't recommend it. however, if you do buy it, be aware that the bridge part comes off easily, and it can be dangerous in some situation.
