Ching's Secret Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala 20g Pouch (5 Pouch) Net Weight- 100g

Didn't know what to expect from these but I was pleasantly surprised... I followed the instructions and just fried up some veg (I went for peppers, pak choi, mushrooms, mangetout and spring onions) with a handful of tiger prawns in a bit of sesame oil and added a pack of ready to wok noodles with the sachet of seasoning. I don't know how "authentic" the taste is but it was very tasty! It is quite a hot mix but not so much so that you can't enjoy the flavour. One sachet did enough for four good size portions and would probably have done six without any loss of flavour. I have also bought the fried rice seasoning and so hope this tastes as good!! All in all these are well worth the money for those days when you just want a quick, filling and tasty meal!

It's good and easy to use suppose. Taste is always awesome.
