Updated and extended my knowledge of preserving etc-m bought as a birthday present but could not resist a quick peek- will probably get one for me.Sadly with current situation arrived 10 days later than anticipated.

A cupboard filling collection of ideas that cover all areas. Just what I was looking for. I would recommend it for anyone setting out on a journey into the art of preserving.
