Wasn't for me. Maybe it will be for you.
There aren't a lot of rebounding books out there. So when I found out about a new one I was excited. Having previously read Jordan Gruber's "On the Rebound" I wondered what new and exciting things might be in store. Unfortunately, this book wasn't for me. I did enjoy the stories in the journal section, but felt that the exercise section was lacking some of the unique exercises I enjoyed from "On the Rebound" and also the stick figures I didn't feel like gave a good representation of the movements compared to photos. Was also hoping for more references to studies that validate the amazing-ness of rebounding. Maybe they just don't exist. The last parts of the book, that go into the spiritual side of bouncing, I haven't really read. Tried, but couldn't get in to it. I understand what they were getting at, just seemed a bit to new age, hippy-ish even for me. So, I appreciate the effort in putting out this book. It just wasn't for me. If you are at all interested in rebounding there is still alot of good information here though, and it's worth giving it a shot.

This book validates the incredible experience of rebounding for exercise
I went looking for Joy on Facebook to ask if her experience with rebounding was like mine, and I found out she was about to publish a book on the topic. I watched the countdown to its publication and immediately acquired the Kindle version and happily made my way through her well-written story.In this COVID world, to be able to roll out your rebounder is a gift on so many levels. You'll start bouncing, and as your muscles quickly acclimate, next things you know you're up a level. I run and sprint on mine, and interval train. Like Joy, you'll start noticing muscles. She and Jordan offer many great tips and guidelines. You feel better in a whole-body way and it is the only truly fun exercise I've found. This book will help guide your experience and answer your questions. The book reveals the secrets of rebounding in my opinion. Very much recommend!

The book captures the absolute joy of rebounding. A very informative book as it relates to your health and well being.

The Bounce puts it all together
I really enjoyed The Bounce as I am an avid rebounder and always looking for the latest information on rebounding exercise. The information in the book is up to date and the authors give credit where credit is due to past pioneers in this fun and healthy activity. Both authors are very knowledgeable about rebounding and are themselves avid rebound enthusiasts. I especially appreciated Joy's sharing her rebounding fitness journey.

Learn the value and technique of rebounding
What a great book! If you have never bounced or are a forever bouncer, this is a thoughtfully written book that provides insight into the value of rebounding and guidance for anyone interested in adding a fun and rewarding activity to their exercise choices. Put a bounce in your step starting with this book which outlines how it is done!

Rebound your way to Health while having fun.... a great guide to rebounding
Just what I needed. I had breast cancer and lymph node cancer this year . For my recovery I wanted an exercise I could do at home at my own pace. The Bounce Book not only was a terrific guide to a newbie like myself but it also was a delight to read and to read others experiences. I enjoy the bounce and I am loving the fact that its helping with my Lymph flow. I highly recommend buying this. I got the Kindle version.

The internet is more informative. This is a fluff book with no new content. Furthermore, you do NOT need this even if you are new to rebounding.

Great book for knowledge and inspiration!
I’ve been interested in rebounding forever and this book is such a great guide. I just received it and have been tearing trough it. I love that it is filled with personal rebounding experiences, photographs, and includes a ton of health information. It is very inspiring, I’m going to go bounce right now!
