Sturdy
The old powder coated steel pergola rusted out, so when big winds knocked it down, the choice was made to get an all aluminum one.This is a tall pergola that needs assembly, mainly stacking parts and securing with set screws. Since the legs are quite long, they aremeant to be placed in the ground. In our case, that was not possible, so the rear legs were sawed off with a band saw to rest on aportion of a retaining wall (secured with L brackets) and the 2 front legs were attached to the front of the retaining wall with lag bolts.It looks very nice and there is nothing flimsy about it. It should withstand winds and bad weather very well.

Damaged box, no screws
The box arrived damaged and had been re-taped. The assembly instruction sheet was taped to the outside of the box.After opening the box, all the contents were there except for the bag of screws.Called Amazon and was told the screws could not be ordered. Was also informed that the item was no longer availableand that a return label would be sent. When I went back on the Amazon site I found the same item at a higher price.This is a huge box and took an extreme amount of effort to get all the pieces back inside as well as it took a great deal of tape to piece the box back together. This was an awful lot of aggravation and a return and full refund doeslittle to satisfy.

Great arbor
This arbor perfectly matches our fence and seems very sturdy. It was very well packaged and (my husband says) easy to assemble and install. Very pleased with this arbor.

Great Arbor and great seller.
I already ordered one last year and now ordered second one. It is easy to install and looks really good. Had some issue with missing parts but the seller was quick in sending upon my request.

Wrong dimensions in description
The description has an error, this arbor is not 38"D. Dimensions are 96"H x 48"W x 30.25"D. I was expecting a 38" deep arbor. Even so, 30.25" deep works for me, it's a great arbor, at a very good price, so it's a keeper.

Easy to assemble and transport in SUV
Used as an arbor backdrop for our indoor wedding. Cut 16 inches off all four legs and secured it to stair railing to get it to stand by itself and look very natural. Plan to use it in our garden, but will need to set PVC pipe in concrete to slide the shortened legs over. Easy to assemble and transport in SUV.
