This is a pretty little tabletop torch. Filled with citronella oil it is a great skeeter blocker for porch sittin in the evening.My only objection is the snuffer cap is attached with a beaded chain to the wick holder! To snuff the flame you must first lift the top wind-screen off the base to put the cap on the flame. That wind screen is HOT and sooty.In my opinion it would be better to attach the snuffer cap to the wind screen so it can hang outside and stay cooler, making it easier to drop on top of the flame and not getting your fingers sooty handling the windscreen.I still give this two thumbs up!

Purchased several of these, they survive wyoming wind well (as well as anything else - lol). If the wick is too long, they do smoke, but that's adjustable (when the fire is out - there is no wick adjustment when burning). I would have given this 5 stars, but the wick cap is way too small/short. The chain also holds the wick cover too close and the cover will get hot if you're not careful - so there's definite room for improvement. You end up having to take the punched steel wind guard off (and yes - it's very hot) with pliers or something similar and then put the wick cover on to extinguish the flame. And since the guard is so short, you better be using pliers and be fast - or you'll burn your fingers (yes, did that a few times also). Double the chain length, a small tab on the cover (so your fingers aren't in the fire when you extinguish it), and a cover as deep as the guard would have made this a perfect 5.0/5.0.

I purchased this item to burn citronella fuel on my front porch. Having a dog & boyfriend who go in and out the door constantly, safety was my biggest concern. When it arrived and I opened the box...WOW! It's like a little work of art, a little metallic piece of sculpture! Beautiful and functional! I'm thrilled to purchase an item that exceeds my expectations.

The media could not be loaded.  This oil lamp looks really nice. The opening is very small to pour oil into and there is no way to know how much is in there once you start to pour. It also leaks out of the seam were it meets the bottom, which it should not for obvious reasons. Would not recommend.

A royal pain in the ass to fill. This does NOT come with a funnel. I had to buy a funnel separate. This was ONE torch. Meanwhile, one of the pictures shows five of them. How misleading. Never again.

I like the way it looks and love how safe it is.

Its way bigger than I expected. Took a heck of a whooping during transit. Im using it anyways so I dont have to mess around with a return. Just had to beat some dents out of it. Satisfied with it even though it got beat up in shipping.

Works as advertised. The wind doesn’t blow it out.
