R&M Richards Women's Gathered Off The Shoulder V-Neck Gown

I LOVE the dark plum color. I normally wear a 6 dress or 8P (sometimes a 4; 8 if coming from China). This one is a 6, and it's a little too sloppy looking on me, even with a bigger bust in relation to my narrow hips. I am 5' 2.5" and 115 lbs. I'm trying to decide if I want to keep it and get it altered (straps especially) or send it back since it doesn't come any smaller. Also, I hear that the cold-shoulder look is on its way out of style. Not sure yet. It's soft and comfy and definitely makes a statement!

I received many compliments… nice, cozy materiel...color was perfect. The shoulders straps were a bit to big for me. I did use body tape, but it was still loose on me. I would have loved to keep the dress… unfortunately, I had to return it. Good service & received my refund within a couple of days.

The slit is to high

Loved the dress and the fit as good. Was a little upset that the broach fell off and I had to wear a cover up at my formal event.

I wasn't sure what size to get based on reviews. I normally wear a size 10, but I purchased both size 10 and 12 anyway. If your top heavy I suggest to a size 12. I felt the smaller size fit me best. I wore it at a formal wedding and received many compliments. I'm 5'6, 152 pounds.

The product was delivered in a cheap plastic bag and thrown into the bag. The dress is OK. It probably would fit somebody one size up. And it’s not as stretchy as it’s noted.

Ordered this for a black tie function…ordered last minute and I knew the brand so was hoping I got the sizing right…I ordered up a size from my normal and that was a great call as it fits perfectly! quick delivery from AMazon Prime…very happy with the dress! Great fit & fabric….love the dress & its perfect for my needs and I’m sure I will wear agin!

I bought this dress to wear for my son's wedding but returned it as it was postponed too far into the future. The style really suits a taller woman, as it elongates the body. I'm 5'7'', weigh 165 and bought the size 14. It fit me perfectly, and wasn't too tight nor too loose. The waist has a light rusching to the side which is very feminine and figure flattering. The hem fell to the top of my dress sandal which has a 2'' heel. If I had kept it, I would have needed to pin my bra straps so they wouldn't show where the rhinestone eppelets gathered the dress straps. The eppelets had just enough sparkle and weren't over the top with bling. I loved how the cold shoulder design of these sleeves were stylish but supported my less than toned arms, lol. The fabric is polyester but wasn't too heavy and had a nice drape to it. It has a bit of a daring side slit that extends a few inches north of the knee. It was a bit much for me, so I would have had the slit sewn south a bit, lol. All in all, it's a quality dress with a terrific price point.

I like this dress it fits me well and flatters my shape...it’s a keeper it’s not really fancy fabric but then it doesn’t cost much either

This dress is beautiful. Very elegant and nice. I’m 5’4 and it hits the floor. (Without shoes) I’m returning the dress however because it isn’t great for my body. My stomach really shows and I don’t like it.
