10 Pack Sally Hansen Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips (Some Doubles)

Less than 1/2 were any good

So, this was a deal too good to pass up. Most of these nail polish strips sell for almost $10 or more for one set, and here I was getting 10 sets for a couple bucks? I figured if even one set worked right, I'd be making out. The patterns were random and not necessarily the ones pictured. I got a few sets that I don't think I can really see myself using, on the other hand, there were a couple there that I wouldn't ordinarily have paid for in the store, but didn't mind trying out for fun (I work in an elementary school and the kids loved the funky ones). The first box I opened, the strips did not come off the paper backing properly and tore, but the patterns was crazy enough I could patch it together and it worked alright. Some of the boxes, the strips worked perfectly. With the other boxes, the strips did not come off the paper backing properly again, but they came off well enough that on my short to medium-length nails, there was more than enough there to apply. Once applied, the strips lasted in great condition until I removed them (a week). I probably could've gotten a couple more days out of them, but I like to let my nails breathe once a week. I believe that Sally Hansen has discontinued this product, which is a shame. I'd used them before, which had influenced my decision to buy these, and my only wish was that they were available in more subdued patterns or colors. I've used a couple other brands, and would list these as one of my favorites for ease of use and length of wear.

Ok... I've loved these nail strips forever & I'm super bummed I can't find them in stores anymore. I figured I'd order them online... out of the 10 packs that were sent, 5 of the 10 were the French manicure tips. All different colors, but not a fan of those. I wasn't even thinking about that when I ordered them. I thought they'd be the full size strips. That was my own fault. That being said, some of the full packs you could tell were old... they were more difficult to put on - extra flimsy, which was strange. I've used all of those colors before and have never had an issue. The other packs worked great,, so who knows. I'm just going to order the individual packs from now on so I can at least know what color I'm getting.

Love these things so much, they’re so easy and last for months (for me they do) the only reason I gave a 4 stars instead of a 5 is cuz I got 4 repeats in my order, they’re ok patterns so it’s not that big of a deal but it did state no duplicates - but I do love these things and will order again even with repeats

These are awesome, and you seriously can't beat the price! I got 7 different designs (3 designs were duplicates), but overall I am happy with the variety. I was a little hesitant to purchase these based on some of the reviews that said the strips were "brittle" or "not sticky" but I think that was likely due to operator error - I have used two different packs and they were both store quality. Since I have short nails I find that I can cut each strip in half and get more uses out of a single pack! I use a clear topcoat to extend the life of the polish strips and I have found that they typically last me over two weeks on my fingers or over a month on my toes (anyone who does their own nails regularly knows this is a LONG time). In all I am very happy with this product and I don't plan on going back to regular polish anytime soon! I have received soooo many compliments on my nails, and I will definitely be buying these again!

I've used these before but I couldn't find them in the store anymore so I ordered them from here. They were terribly hard to apply. You peel the "nail polish" strip off the clear plastic and apply it to your nails. Most of them wouldn't peel off and when they did peel, they would tear. For how much time and effort it was to apply these, it was a big disappointment. So now I have 9 of these left and I don't know if I have the energy to even bother trying to apply them.

For the price, you can't beat it but I did get a some duplicates and would have preferred a mix. I do believe it mentioned that in the ad so I can't complain. Going to give the ones I don't care for to friends. So far the ones I've tried have worked. I don't get a week or two like some claim, but I can get a solid 5 days and use my hands a bunch. Works better than polish for me, far cheaper than paying for a manicure and application is neat. Sally Hansen has always been a brand I like and I would recommend.

I wanted to try Sally Hansen Salon Effects for some time, but at $10 a pop, it seemed pricey for something I wasn't completely sure how to apply.Then I found these! It was a very nice selection, and it took me about two sets to get the concept down properly. Do watch the Youtube videos before putting these on, it'll save you some headaches.And? I love them. With work, I can get about two sets of nails, for both hands, out of each box. And the leftovers I intend to mix with other sets that are similar. You just need a little creativity and a pair of scissors.So? A really, really good buy when you figure I have nails for about six months now!A really nice selection. I did not get any duplicates. And all were fun designs.

It's great. There were some doubles but i really prefer this than nail polish. When i first started using this product it took some time but now i can do a full set of fingers in 10 mins. There is a bit of a trick to it but definitely love this product. Lasts a long time, even on nails that are constantly being washed. AND unlike jamberry you don't need any heating machine or anything.
