Women's Satin Bridesmaid/Bride Dressing Gown

I ordered this for my wedding in the near future. The material is satin and very silky. I love the silky shine when I wear it. The only thing is that I ordered size S by mistake, when in fact I should have ordered size XS. As I am UK size 6-8 and 52kg in weight, the size chart for this robe indicates UK size 10 for the Small size. However, even tho I am petite and only 5’2, this robe length was not too long for me and is still okay in my opinion for a size small.The material is very soft to the touch, and very lightweight. I love the detailed stitches at the back indicating “bride”. They are not loose stitches which is a bonus and great for the money.The thing which I didn’t like about this robe is the lack of pockets and the fact that it is quite see through. Therefore, it’s quite uncomfortable without the pockets. However, it is still great for the night before the wedding or the hen party.It is advisable to wash with 30 degrees water, therefore be aware to adhere to this advise, else you might damage the material at a higher temperature.Overall, I find this very comfortable, classy and lush. However, I don’t like the lack of pockets and the fact that it’s see through.

This kimono style gown was packed into a plastic bag with no extras included. It was undamaged and in fine condition when I received it.The gown itself is made entirely with polyester which looks and feels good (depending on your preference), but does get quite warm even for such a small item of clothing. The quality of the stitching is good and though you may only need this item for one day, it looks like it will last for some time if you want it to.The "Bride" lettering is stitched so will not come off the gown in any way. It's well stitched on both sides and looks good. As the lettering is in white it's quite subtle, but might be hard to see (though I doubt anyone would be confused as to who the bride is!).

When I saw that this Kimono robe was up for review, I was excited to give it a go as I’d been looking for one for while and was having trouble deciding which one to go for.-The overall look and quality of the robe is passible for its purpose as something that’s worn for a few hours on a wedding day, but its thin material means it is slightly see through and the rough stitching on the inside doesn’t give a feeling of quality, albeit it isn’t visible from the outside.-This robe sits nicely on the knee and gives enough coverage if the right colour under wear is worn underneath – anything dark will be very visible.-This is a flattering robe due to the fitted waist which cinches in at the waste giving a more fitted look.-The material is, as you’d expect for Satin, smooth and comfortable against the skin. It is very light weight and ideal for those getting ready photos with a glass of bubbly in hand.-Sizing is generous with this robe and I felt I could have gone a size smaller. I’m 5’6 and 9.5 stone.-This robe offers good value. It has its faults, but the overall quality and look is consistent with something that will probably only be worn once.-In Summary:. Light weight. Sheer. Comfortable. Generous sizing

I'm not much impressed by this product. It's nearly see through, fabric is very thin but smooth and soft in touch.I ordered it for family member who is getting married next year.I shown her this gown and she said herself that she have seen better ones. She is right though. At least fabric should be a bit thicker. Having pockets will be nice too..End of the day it meant to be used only once, on the wedding day before ceremony, to do all the make-up, hair, nails, etc. in it.For one time wear, quality is reasonable but for some brides-to-be it's still not good enough ;) It's hard to please women...What I can say is that this gown is knee length with elastic on the back and belt like strings on the front. On the back is big sign "Bride" in white threads. Sizing is accurate.I would not buy this product at that price though, could get better one for the money.

This robe looks visually beautiful, to the eye it looks silky and expensive.The robe is very lightweight and is very well made, unfortunately for me the only thing that lets it down is the quality of the material, to touch it doesn’t feel as silky as it looks, and think the overall feel would be better if the material was a little thicker.Sizing is accurate and like that the belt is attached.The stitched bride on the front and back have been done nicely with no loose threads.For the price it is a beautiful Kimono/robe, that is lightweight but the material could be better.

The sizing of this robe is as described and the back is elasticated to ensure a good fit. Its nicely finished with no loose threads on the seams or the stitched 'Bride' lettering front or back. Its machine washable and made from polyester.The material used is very thin and being white anything worn underneath is easily visible, alright if that's the look you're after but I suspect it might not be for everyone.

This is a nice little Kimono / robe for a Bride. Great for use on a hen party, or on the day of your wedding. Could be used in the future too. The robe is made from white satin, with the word Bride embroidered on the back. However, it is quite lightweight and is slightly see through. I did not feel that this was the best quality, but not too bad as would only probably be used a handful of times.

Was a little disappointed in this item, as I didnt read the blurb, unfortunately, didnt realise it came with "Bride" embroidered all over it..my fault.However, it seemed to be very cheaply made, thin material which was almost see-through.Not recommended at all
