Pataks Aubergine Brinjal Pickle Pack of 3 ( 283g )

Love this pickle - Pataks are a great brand but couldn’t find this particular pickle anywhere - so glad I found it here!

This particular pickle has a warm and satisfying taste without being extra hot.Reasonable price for a commodity not available locally.

A superb, unique flavour. Absolutely everything tastes great with this. There is no substitute.

Wonderful stuff, a must have with a curry.

Needed it and was unable to find anywhere local with stock?Sainsbury ‘normally’ ? But a clueless response from staff as to when it might be back in store?The ones purchased were a different texture and did not have visible chunks of aubergine and there was none of the sharpness I had become familiar with? So consistency in manufacture is the querie here.Will still buy but have to allow for the discrepancy with the addition of lime pickle?

I love this, it's quite hot and goes beautifully with all spicy meals, especially milder ones such a pasanda, where it contrasts very well with the flavours. I also love it with cheese rather than a sweet pickle. Very happy to have 3 jars as I normally have to go by train into town to buy it and of course haven't been able to for a year!

Ordered this through Amazon purely because I couldn't find it is local supermarkets.I did wonder if Patak's had discontinued it.Absolutely love this in a cheese sandwich or with jacket potatoes.
