If you drink cold brew coffee, pay attention. The product sells as "Peace Coffee Yeti COLD BREW Blend, Organic Fair Trade Medium Roast Coffee, Ground 20 oz. Bag." it sounded great, a good price, and how often do you find cold brew in 20 oz bags? The only problem is the coffee is fine ground for regular coffee use, not for cold brew coffee, which requires COARSE ground coffee. I've been drinking (and making my own) cold brew for years. I know it takes 12 - 24 hours to brew, and fine ground is not cut out for it. Why they label it as "Cold Brew Blend" is a major flaw. I even TRIED to make a batch of cold brew of 'Peace Coffee' in my cold brew maker, and it started leaking through the filter. Avoid this stuff.

Now let me say, first and foremost, that I, like most coffee snobs, prefer blond roast coffees. Peace Coffee does not make a blonde roast, so it is obviously not a "top tier" coffee.Once upon a time, a few years ago, I discovered Peace Coffee while at a Byerly's in the Minneapolis area. I've also purchased it from Target in that area. What I got was a very fresh tasting coffee that was pretty good despite the fact that it was a medium roast.I was elated to find this on Amazon. I don't live in that part of the country anymore, but I still like to support businesses in that part of the country when I can.What I received was not very good at all. I would describe the offering, which was a medium roast, as having an immediate aura of burnt toast paired with hints of cardboard and wet newspaper undertones.This was undrinkable. I couldn't even bring it to life by mixing it with other beans that I do like. Every sip was followed by a grimace. I ended up tossing about half the bag. I just couldn't impose this vileness on my friends.

Had my first cup this morning and it was delicious! I'm not an expert on coffee by any means, but it was so flavorful that I used less creamer so more of the coffee's flavor came through. Really yummy!!

The best local organic and fair trade brand - now bigger and on Amazon. I’ll probably get the local bike delivery when I can, but this is a great alternative.Terrific cups of coffee.

I like the coffee, but it came with a cut in the bag and coffee grounds all over everything else I ordered. I know shipping stuff together is tough. Might want to put it in a separate box. I can't return it so guess I'll drink what's left

GREAT tasting coffee!! My wife and I have became quite “bougie” in our coffee taste during COVID-19 and have tried MANY different coffees..... drum role please... “And the winner is...PEACE COFFEE-FRENCH ROAST”!!!!!

I love love, love, this coffee. I use a French Press. 16oz of water and 4 heaping tablespoons of coffee. Heat the water, and pour it in the press. I let it steep for 5 minutes. Most French Press manufacturers recommend 4 minutes but I think the extra minute makes a big difference.

Smooth and mild to medium taste. I like it , well made blend & not acidic. I would use this as my afternoon pick me up coffee time . I am used to that espresso kick in the morning, so this would not make the cut - but otherwise, it’s good for light coffee drinkers or afternoon coffee breakers that are used to rocket fuel like me .
