A truly new book on Italian cusine!
This book is fantastic! There's nothing like it on the market. I learned so much about contemporary Italian cuisine and the recipes were delicious too.

Well designed and well storytelled - also through Blasetti's great photography - Laura's journey follows the path of the insiders, the only ones really able to gift us with precious experiences off the beaten track. And nevertheless the beaten track is not set aside or denied, but present at its finest. The New Cucina Italiana also contains a precious collection of recipes to bring home that sense of shift and renovation infusing our culinary heritage: I absolutely recommend it!
