Great product. Follow the directions and be patient
Had a great experience with this having finished my floors from raw hardwood as a replacement for old poly that had been down. Stripped down to the wood, sealed and then used this polish. I did one coat.First thing - you need to be patient and not skimp or cut corners on the process. You need to slowly rock the bottle, and you should do it for at least 30 seconds (you should be shaking in rhythm with 2 ticks per turn of a slow ticking clock - think the crocodile in the animated Peter Pan film). The point is to have it mixed thoroughly before you start spreading it. Don't shake it because it will create more bubbles, and you don't want bubbles. After applying sanding sealer to the floors, I filled gaps, sanded, vacuumed, cleaned with Bona hardwood cleaner, dust mopped, sealed again, sanded, vacuumed, cleaned again with Bona hardwood cleaner, and THEN dust mopped before I laid down polish. Again, it has to be CLEAN before you start putting down the polish.I used a synthetic roller and worked in small sections, first applying the polish across boards, and then doing a finishing pass along the grain. This stuff does dry fast, and if you have to work in small (think 4-6ft square or less) sections and make sure you are applying evenly. I inspected the floors before leaving the room to dry to make sure everything was smooth and allowed the floors to cure the FULL time (I walked on with socked feet to inspect areas after 3 hrs, but then placed paper down the next day as i installed the baseboard to allow the full 24 hr cure. This is not a high gloss polish - i think that some folks are expecting *some* gloss, but there really isn't any. It is a matte finish, but if that is what you are looking for, it is excellent. Worked perfectly for me.

Easy to use
I use a light weight floor cleaner then apply the BONA evenly with a BONA cleaning pad. The low luster shine is what we prefer, so the sunlight is not glaring off of it.

Bona Floor Protection Is The Standard
Bona low luster floor polish is easy to use and leaves your wood floors looki beautiful. We apply it onto a clean/vacuumed floor surface with a floor duster pad (like a Swiffer) and get consistently great results.

Added a Uniform Low-Gloss Sheen to an Older Wood Floor
I love this product on my older (20+ years since refinishing) wooden kitchen floor. The product is "non-slip." It gives a "sheen" aka "satin" finish not a "high-gloss." Here's my story: I spent much of the last week spot-refinishing wear patterns on my floor, sanding-down, spot-dying to match the golden yellow color of the existing oil-based urethane, and then sprayed over the top of the refinished spots with spray oil-based urathane. But nothing I could try, multiple-multiple-tries, would get me to a point where the new areas matched the level of sheen of the rest of the floor. But this product brought everything to the same level of sheen, so now the floor looks "as of a one" rather than looking like a "spotted dog!" And even the areas that were not refinished, but rather "of more wear" or "of less wear" now look "as of a one" too. So, if you have an older floor, and are not wedded to the idea that wood floors should have a glossy mirror shine finish [yuck!] -- then try this product!

Good results
I used this to clean the hardwood floors in my home. I have been using regular Bona to clean my floors, but wanted to do a more thorough job. Bona recommended using a deeper cleaner first, so I did that. Happy with the results.

Low gloss is way to go - floors look brand new
Love the low gloss much better than the glossy one. Did not like the gloss one at all. Made my wood floor look brand new.

Puts a little shine on the floor, but does not clean it
This is not a cleaner - it is meant to be used on clean floors to give them a little shine. It's easy enough to use and it does put a bit of a shine on the wood (not a lot, as it's a low gloss polish), but you do have to clean the floor first with a product specifically made for cleaning hardwood floors.
