Best heaters on budget! I have around 6 of these 4-100w and 2-300w
I had used heater that costed around $45 for my 75 setups but as i was setting up new tanks I wanted to try the amazon cheapies! And out of all the tried, these won the competition and I love these now! If I am ordering any heaters in the future, im going for these!

Overall great heaters
I use these for my 75 and 200 gallon tropical freshwater tanks. I've been buying this brand for years. They don't last super long, maybe a year or two. But when they 'burn out' they just stop working - they don't overheat and cook my fish, which I hear from a lot of people about their heaters. I usually set the temp a little higher than what I need, they seem to run a bit cold. For the price, I have no problem replacing them once in a while.

My snails are so much happier!
We keep our house around 70 degrees in the winter and out take temp drops down in the lower 60s. This keeps our 20 gallon tank very comfortable for our wonderful aquatic friends.

Doesn't match temp or keep temp!!
The media could not be loaded. First off, you have to set the temp higher than you need. I bought 3 of these and they are all this way. And then when you finally get it to heat up to the right temp, it doesn't stay that way. I have a 100Wat in a 20 gallon, it's set above 82 degrees to try to keep my water in the mid/high 70s. A few hours ago when the heater was on it was at 77.9. Checked it again and it's at 72.3. The one in 29 gallon I can't get above 75 degrees, also falls below 73 degrees. For my cichlid tanks that should be about 80 degrees also keeps falling below 75 degrees. Don't waste your money 🙄 I've used 3 different type of thermometers, and they all are coming up way lower than it should be.

Good heater, bad packaging
As a product it's awesome. I bought my first one in 2017 and it worked great for my 90 gallon system until my ATO failed, I didn't catch it, and the heater ran dry. I'd give it a 5 star but the replacement I ordered came in smashed in the box.

Decent Heater
For the price this is a decent heater. I have this on a 120 gallon tank. This tank is in a room that is kept at 68 degrees. To maintain a water temp of 78 degrees the heater is set to 90 degrees. It does its job then turns off like expected. The thermometer on the unit itself is more like a guideline. If you have been in the hobby long enough you set it up and monitor any heater until you get to your desired temp using in tank thermometers. Overall this is a good generic heater no bells or whistles. However I would not attempt to use this on anything larger than a 120 gallon. Seems it would be best suited for 90 gallon or less.
