Lee's 15/20 Premium Undergravel Filter, 12-Inch by 24-Inch

There is a lot of different kinds of under gravel filters to use but Lee’s has one of the very best! I always hook up my Large canister filter directly to under gravel filter plate this becomes a massive biological filter bed! This is the best designs to use! I consider myself as a advanced hobbyist, since the 1970s ...a great filter!

Sending back and asking for a refund. I ordered wrong size, however this is NOT the reason for one star. The reason is the box's arrival, which, considering the shape it arrived in (damaged), the product didn't look to have any damage. However, I only received the bottom filter part, not the items shown on the box or in the picture. It did not come with the larger plastic pieces that are shown standing upright. The box itself lists several items that were included, but none were. Very disappointed. Had it only been me ordering the wrong size, it would have been a better review. However, that was not the case. The item shouldn't be posted as pictured nor a byline mentioning that it only contained the bottom part. Kinda useless to just have sitting around and having to order more parts for it to work.

I got this product because I had problems keeping up with the good quality of the water for my fish. This products helps with the circulation of the water on the bottom of the fish tank, air is pull to the bottom and the water goes on top and its filter.I also have the regular filter, and I advise to keep it, I think the regular filter helps filtering small particles and stops from coming back to the water. The undergravel filter will not do this, but it will avoid your water to have excessive ammonia and circulate the water from the bottom of the fish tank.The tubes looks nice with the bubbles going up with the water. Just note that if you are planning to buy this product you need to remove every single rock/gravel before installing then you put them back of course.

Took the chance due to the sizing and ordered one used. Sturdy, like that it has the 3 holes to the back so I could place various tubes. Works very well in my 12" x 24" tank it's not a snug fit so you have room to play with on either side. Grooves make it easier to settle plants and accessories with the angled base.Was slightly disappointed with Amazon's rating "Like New in different packaging" since yes it's used but pieces were missing. I got a tube and air stone missing with this order. Will continue to pay my full price on items new.

I love ordering threw Amazon. It came in three days and was in good shape. It's sturdy and will last a looong time I always use an under gravel and a hang on filter. By accident I found that if you use a coarse gravel on top of the filter and a fine gravel with sand on top it looks and works great.

This undergravel filter Worked NO Better than other, less expensive undergravel filters..

Total junk!!!! Cheap plastic chineese junk. Save your money
