Perfect tawa for dosas and parathas
This zest black from vinod is the best tawa for dosas. As we use the tawa gets thinner and more perfect thin dosas come out. This tawa heats fast both the sides of dosa are brown faster and delicious to eat. Idli rice,poha and coconut dosa paste also ok on this tawa. We like the stainless steel kadai and pressure cooker too.

Tawa bent after a couple of months of usage = non uniform / inefficient heating
I bought this tawa specifically because I needed something that would work on a flat stove top. However, with 3 months of the purchase, the item turned out to be defective: the metal has curved due to thermal expansion, and there is a bulge in the middle. See the attached picture, where you can see that while the central section does touch the countertop, the sides of the tawa do not. As a result, the heating is non uniform, and inefficient, and I have to spend more time rotating the food or the tawa itself.I have sent emails to both [email protected] and [email protected] asking about a replacement, but have received no responses. Honestly speaking, I like the tawa, and it doesn't really deserve 1 star, more like 3, but this is now a plea for attention.

Handy pan
Nice size for making eggs or pancakes. The sides are not very high allowing for easy flipping next to the edge.

Awesome Dosa!!
I wanted a dosa pan that doesn't stick. This pan works great. Making Dosa is quick and easy using Vinod pan. I highly recommend to give it a try. I haven't used it for a long time so giving it a 4 star. I will update the review if it gives long term same results.

Very good for making dosa.
Heats up quick and we can make very nice dosas. This pan is specifically for making dosas. I tried to make roti/chapati but they were burnt may be bcz of quick heat. So I am using it only for dosas
