I bought this backpack 3 years ago, I work from home and travel so my laptop in this bag goes with me every single day!!! ...in the car, on planes, visiting grandkids out of state, etc. it still looks brand new. No signs of wear. Nothing broken. I fill it full and quite often it is very heavy. Straps still show absolutely no sign of stiching loose, etc. Very amazed at the quality...just disappointed because I have no excuse to buy a new one!!😂😂

I use this bag everyday instead of a satchel for work. I’ll use it for travel. The way it opens is it’s best feature. Truly love this bag.

It has a charging port to always keep you laptop or other computers, phone etc. charged. Very roomy to carry a lot of your things with you. I loved it so much I even brought one for my boss for her Christmas present and she just love it too. Great for a carry on if traveling on a plane.. Material is very durable and just love the look and sleekness of the pack. Very happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend getting one.

This bag is exactly what I was looking for - lots of pockets, easy to carry and clean, cute interior color. My only complaint is that the zipper could stand a snap on either end to assist in holding down for one handed unzipping.

It's nice to have a backpack with a luggage strap.

The backpack came in excellent condition, brand new with all the packaging intact. I've been using it for work and travels daily from home to the school I work at and is great. I like that it has many pockets and my laptop fits real good. All zippers are great and sturdy, straps feel comfortable and is not a bulky backpack. I wish it was not as long, it might be a bit annoying to dig for stuff that fall at the bottom of the backpack, but then bigger laptops wouldn't fit. The USB charging port is not removable, it is sewn to the backpack so you cannot take it off. I don't need it so I hid the cord inside the blue lining, I had to tuck it in as best as I could because I didn't want that cord dangling on the inside. My bag is dark black, I thought it would be more of a distressed or faded light color because of the way it looks on the close up picture posted. Overall it seems to be very sturdy and great for traveling. If you are looking for something that looks nice for work and not too bulky, this is it, buy it!

I use this bag for work and so far it's great. It fits my 15.6 Dell laptop among other work related things plus it's cute! The laptop compartment doesn't have much padding (so if you really need that I would look elsewhere) but it's not a big deal to me as I could always get a laptop sleeve, plus it's not like I'm gonna be tossing the bag around as I just use this for my commute to and from work. It also doesn't seem to be waterproof so I would watch out for that (luckily waterproof backpack covers are pretty cheap).I also love how lightweight and comfortable it is to carry. Initially I was worried about the straps not being padded enough, but it's perfect. It seems pretty durable so far but I'll have to see if this bag will last me at least 2 years haha.

I would have given a five star review if it wasn't for the lining ripping. I have had to fix the lining twice already. I bought it to use as my work bag for my laptop and files but will now have to find a different one. I no longer trust it to carry my laptop in.I'm very disappointed with this product!

I got this as I wanted a smart looking back pack tye bag for work and travel. This one looked very smart and had the trolley strap I wanted to secure it to the handle of my whelled carry on bags.My only real gripe is the zip. It's not attached to the bag and just sticks out on both sides... it completely ruins the aesthetic of the bag and catches on clothing. I'm a bit worried it will snag and break, which will mean everything in the bag is accessible.Going to London next week so it will have its first proper test...

I had doubts after ordering this bag, as I worried it was too school-bag and not work-bag, but I needn't have worried. It is smart, has pockets for EVERYTHING and still plenty of room for documents and files. The bright internal fabric helps you see everything inside and also love that it's vertical instead if horizontal in design too and the rigid, wide opening is the cherry in top. Really pleased with it.
