What you have is too long. (Probably)
-A three fan GPU is 2.5in too long-A two slot card can easily be too wide. Interfering with PSU.-A 50/50 you will be moving PSU. (15min. hassle.)-Weirdly complicated laser cut design.-Stamped metal with many differently sized and types fasteners and sharp edges.-You will likely need another cable(s)-Accessories wedged tightly and don't rattle while shipped but, are difficult to remove. This should be connect, slide in and go.

Cooler Master claims this is discontinued! No warranty support or parts!!!
After contacting CoolerMaster support on 6/2023, I was informed that no parts are available and that this product is discontinued... DESPITE it being listed prominently on their website and no indicator it's discontinued, with a link to this exact Amazon product page to buy.BUYER BEWARE.Now I'm stuck with a case that has a broken power switch LED. I can't even return it or exchange it because of how long it's taken to work with CM support. As a result I will not do business with CoolerMaster in the future.

PCIe Cable poorly designed for a SFF chassis
I actually had to go through two of these before finally giving up. I've been building PCs since the early 2000's and never have I run into such a potentially great product with terrible design flaws. The first one never powered up with a video card installed. The second one powered up with the video card installed but died when I did the final cleanup of the cables to get the lid on. Then it exhibited the same issue as the first unit. Both systems would power up if I removed the video card from the equation.I'm using a NUC 9 Extreme Compute Unit with an ASUS RTX2070 Mini that's built for the Intel Extreme Chassis. When I reinstall the Compute Unit and Video Card into the original Intel Chassis, everything just works. One other note, the NC100 doesn't have a NVMe or PCIe 8x slot on the PCIe connector board. I don't personally need them for my application but, they are missing. The OEM chassis has them.I don't recommend this product to anyone until they change the power supply design and possibly add the missing peripherals on the connection board.

Serious Quality Issue, Awful Led connector
Just few steps away from making a perfect case for the element. Cooler Master could have done it better if they could solve the following issues;1. The quality of built. I received part with some painting defects on each panels.2. The configuration of the ARGB. They could have integrate the controller, which is pretty small, into the power button PCB. And take the 5V from the element power I/O pin. That could save one extra component from dangling inside the case, and people won't struggle with the power LED indicator.3. The power cable could be shorter to fit better. Again, the location of all power sockets are known and fixed, no need to make extra long cable.4. Provide an antenna kit, could be sold seperately.I am guessing that cooler master is doing an intel a favor to manufacture these cases. No one would really think to profit from a small market like ghost canyon. so they did not put too much thought on this case. Wish CM could done better in this case, but they didn't
