The ab wheel itself is great, but the rubber to put it together is really hard to get on and doesn’t fully fit in place. It was also missing a piece for the push up bars so it is wobbly. The packaging arrived with it vey banged up. Almost sent it back.

Wow !! This is so awesome. I love this exercise kit. The roller wheel is light weight and very good. Its handle are shaped to perfectly fit the hands. Other kits are also of good quality. I have been using it for last 5_6 days and the results are good. I don't need to go outdoors to do my daily exercises as I can use it in my own bedroom. I am glad that I ordered this exercise kit

My only complaint is how annoying it was to put in the other handle. It was like slipping a condom that lost its lubrication. Other than that everything worked out well. Keeps you beasting.

Love this little gem! It comes with the roller a knee mat (you usually have to buy this separate) and push up assist handles. The product is easy to assemble and is a perfect addition to my boot camp workouts. The cost and quality are also a great part of this set. I would recommend to anyone looking for these additions to there collection.

I got this for the same reason that many will likely be looking for this product these days, which is a home gym. I have been slowly building out a home gym and I was in need of something extra to work out my core muscles and an ab wheel seemed like the right fit. This one jumped out to me for having the little rubber mat for the wheel to provide better grip and stability, but also to helps the movement along and give me a target movement range.I found the little mat to be a great add-on that I had never used with any past ab wheel that I have owned and it's a great addition! It seems to add a bit more tractions and help make the movement more satisfying somehow. It's also great because now I don't have to worry about the wheel leaving imprints on my thin workout puzzle type mats that I have on the floor, especially since I workout in a small area where I would consistently use this wheel in the exact same area over and over day after day.The pushup bars are a nice extra accessory in this set that adds a bit more diversity to a straightforward exercise and they can up the challenge while feeling very stable and secure even when putting my 200 lbs on them.I would recommend this set to any looking to expand their home gym with an ab wheel while getting a couple of nice add-ons with the purchase!
