Ivory???? Maybe not so . .
I needed to match this with a phone which was ivory in color. Turns out there are a lot of different ivories. I was looking for an ivory color which was basically white with a slight tint of beige. This cord, also referred to as ivory, is white with a slight tinge of black -- closer to what I would refer to as bone. It was refunded without problems. Just be aware this is not the standard "ivory" phone in the Princess Phone series.

Everything is good.
You can never really tell about a color 100% without seeing it. We have a very good monitor but still, things online don't always look the same in person. But I am very happy to report that the color is exactly as described and pictured and matches my old Lucent Technologies wall phone in the kitchen. The length is perfect and it installed effortlessly. And the price is very reasonable. Excellent purchase.
