Hat came in a brown Amazon bag. It was squished and now has creases.! I needed it for customizing for my husband’s birthday. Unfortunately it’s too late to order a replacement. Giving some stars cause I believe it would have been a great hat. Also, the hat sits weird on your head. I have multiple hats and none of them sit on my head like this one. Disappointed ☹️
