I don't know if they did come with them at one point or not but given 2 pictures shows them and 1 shows the bag alone you'd assume you'd get one.But you don't and other than the images there's no mention of them so this bit of implied (false) advertisement makes you think you're getting more for your money when it's just the lozenges. At the current price you're spending over $3.10 per pack.Second warning the sugar free packs contain sorbitol and has a laxative effect!So it's up to you to decide if that is still worth the price (I checked with my local price of just the originals and this was actually a little under .20 cheaper).As for the lozenges I just got them, checked for any damages and the exp dates (all good). I haven't tried them all but they smells great. I wish the honey lemon and black currant was also included vs the two sugar free optionsSadly the mints are weaker than you may expect if you're accustomed to the nasal clearing, chest opening, extra strong originals. I'd hate to say it but an Altoid will give you a better kick. So you'll feel like you're just sucking on candy mints.

These are good for an irritated throat and stuffy sinuses. They work great. I started using them when I use to go fishing in the winter when I had the sniffles, picked them up from a bait and tackle shop one day. Although I remember the original formula to be more of a licorice flavor and I like licorice. Either way good deal for multiple flavors to keep in places like your car or tackle box. Just wish I had the tin and bag they advertised to store them in. Never got it but no biggie

Best on the market by far! Keeps me deep breathing, singing and prevents coughing! Why use any other brand?

FISHERMAN'S FRIEND (since 1865) been around a long time - CUZ IT WORKS.. has been my FRIEND since 1989..Mind you, cuz my strong allegiance to the Original - I never wanted to try any others, thought they'd disappoint me.. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors.. Even though, they don't work as well as the Original.. (cuz Flavors have half the quantity of menthol) ..yet ..they work "good enough" everyday kind of needs..ORIGINAL Flavor - (natural as you get!) - ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Menthol 10 mg - INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Capsicum, Dextrin [glycyrrhiza and Crystal Gum-on list here, but not on side of pkg] Eucalyptus Oil, Natural Licorice, Sugar, Tragacanth. (see list of ingredients in product description) Note: Menthol is the "active ingredient" it soothes and numbs your throat and sinuses. It's one of the active ingredients in MEDEX lip balm.Original Flavor - so strong it'll clear your sinuses and clear your voice.. (great to prep my voice for singing)IT WAS GOOD TO TRY ALL THE FLAVORS: The other flavors are nice to have for variety. The flavors like MINT or SPEARMINT are more widely accepted by the general population whereas the ORIGINAL might not be accepted by everyone - so strong I've seen people spit them out. It is nice to have "sugar free" varieties to have in my mouth while trying to sleep with a cough or cold and consider that the sugar aint rotting my teeth. Instead of 10% Menthol like the Original - The other flavors have ~3% - 6% Menthol.Enough variety to try and see which ones you like, without spending $3-$6.00 apiece from a custom order.Glad I bought the Variety Pack and I am going to buy more to keep all the varieties on hand. The Lime and Orange flavors were surprisingly good and can't wait to get more. The only one I don't really like is the cherry, but I don't really like cherry flavored anything anyway.

This brand is the only cough drop that really subsides a cough immediately. I was thrilled to see that I could buy it on Amazon.Amazing price.

I have done outside performance venues that involve a lot of projection, so I kept these on hand when I was feeling hoarse or when it was cold/damp. My father is recovering from COVID and still had some coughing issues, I sent him a multi-flavor pack, he said these have been far more soothing & effective than regular cough drops. I like the cherry or cinnamon flavors.

This product is effective in relieving persistent coughs that appear sometimes out of no where; especially those that are signally the start of something you don't want to have to deal with. The little lozenges are strong enough to open your breathing passages and relieve you of that congested, runny nose feeling. I've used it after getting over a cold that left me with a persistent cough. It seemed to work for me. I usually take two to three lozenges at a time in my mouth and would repeat it if necessary after an hour or so. Strong; not sweet.
