Works as advertised. Toasts the bread per the setting and darkness reference.A little confusing that the toast darkness control has multiple clicks between the numbers, but the settings are whole numbers only. Anything between "1" and "2" is considered a "1", anything between "2" and "3" is considered a "3". Not a huge deal as who really needs to toast to a "2.3" darkness, but given the digital timer and the multiple stop knob, does seem like they missed an opportunity to cater to us OCD people.

I usually buy products based on reviews and this toaster had 5 star reviews. Since it was a brand I never heard of, I couldn’t believe the 5 stars on a toaster but this toaster takes the cake. It’s absolutely awesome.. the last toaster I bought was about 13 years ago so I definitely did a lot of research before making this purchase. I am so happy with this purchase.

This toaster is just gorgeous. Very stylish. It is shiny, like mirror image shine, which I like. While waiting for toasts, I can see how I look in my toaster's reflection. The timer is very clear to see. Although the numbers may be a little hard to see, the toaster does show what number is selected for a brief moment when initially pressed down to begin toasting. That truly helps. The timer adjusts to whatever number selected. The toasts match exactly how the guide shows. Toaster is not bulky, very lightweight, and does not take up a lot of counter space. Worth the price!

We have had this toaster since 2020 and all of the sudden it starts to smell like an electric burn/fire. We have only placed bread items with no spread of any kind on them in it. I looked in the toaster, when it was in use, and one of the coils is blackened, and gives off some smoke and then it starts to give off that familiar electric fire smell. I will not let my family use this item anymore, and will now have to buy another new toaster, but not from this manufacturer.

The "Bagel setting is odd where you turn the halves outward. Also the darkness guide is not close. Not as powerful as expected.

It looks nice in all but it's constantly eating my Toast and pop tarts even when I flip it upside down to get them out they still don't want to come out Wouldn't recommended for someone else....

With the older toaster models, it was difficult to dial-in a specific amount of time for toasting.Especially when you have some family members who like their toast lighter, and some who like it darker.With this toaster, you can actually see the number of minutes and seconds allocated for each different twist of the timer knob.I really like this toaster, and I would recommend it to anyone needing a new toaster.

First of all When this item arrived we were less than impressed. It felt light, cheap and of poor quality. Had we seen it on a shelf in a store and had a chance to inspect it - we would not have bought one.On top of that it arrived defective, the left side lever when pushed down would not latch and turn the toaster on.CANADIANS BEWARE. This item ships from the USA. Because of this I had to pay for the return shipping myself as I understand an auto maximum $20 is allowed for refund. Shipping via Canada Post was $45.42So after many minutes online chatting with Amazon customer service - I did get a promo code for the total shipping amount applied to my account.We do not recommend this product at all.

Live the timer feature so you know how long until it’s done, only down side is the dial on changes in the number for example it’s 1-2-3-4-5 in between changes nothing. But in the end I love my toaster! I would recommend this.
