This is an awesome couch. It was a breeze to put together and it has become a daily fixture in our house. We only wish now we'd have gotten 3 recliners instead of 2. Still, wouldn't trade it. Great for movie night!

I purchased this couch with white glove service and it has been a total joke. The couch was defective upon delivery. They have ordered parts twice, which have been incorrect. The repair people are leaving parts at my home because they will not be charged. So, these people are treating my home as a warehouse. Highly disappointed that after 8 months, I still have a defective couch and customer service is lacking.*************************************************************11/14/2023 - Since my post, I spoke with the customer service manager at Stargate. He has been very helpful in resolving the issue. They will be shipping me out a new couch as what I incurred is not the standard furniture experience.
