Nice and soft

I really liked this product as a first-time braider. The only problem I had was the hot water situation. The braids acted weird when you dip the ends of the hair in hot water, it's like it gets scraggly. I mean, no one will notice besides yourself when it tangles. It looked great regardless!

The item arrived as shown in the images, on time. Its very soft and shiny, and I was able to reuse it when I re-did some braids. I will definitely buy this brand again when I am looking to do darker blonde box braids again .
