I bought this outdoor shower for guests to rinse off before and after a swim in the pool. It is an attractive fixture and fits in very nicely in my space. Over the winter, I had a part of the pipe that split in a deep freeze, despite winterizing the unit by removing the cartridge and faucet assembly. I contacted Aolemi customer service to inquire about replacing the broken pipe and they sent out a new unit to replace the old one. All I had to do was pay for shipping. Customer service is very attentive and quick to respond to inquiries, and they were very polite in following up to make sure my unit was properly fixed. I highly recommend this company. They produce a good product and their attention to customer service is exemplary.

For the price, this is a great outdoor shower. It did not hold up well to the winter months and unfortunately, even though I had a shut off valve to winterize it, it developed a leak. I’m giving them five stars because they held up to their end of the bargain, and supported their product . They were very diligent and provided me with a replacement part. I now have a working shower again. On a sidenote, if you were going to experience any freezing temperatures, I would highly recommend removing the valve completely or removing the body that might hold water through the winter months.

We bought this shower assembly almost one year ago and had it installed. This spring, we returned to our home and found that one of the parts of the shower had broken. We contacted tAolemi, the manufacturer, and they immediately sent a replacement part which was easy to install. This is excellent customer service, and we appreciated the way the company stands behind the product. The contractor who built our outdoor shower uses this assembly exclusively and we can see why. It is beautiful, very well made; and works perfectly.

Lost a small insert screw when removing an outdoor shower for the winter. Doubted that I could replace it, but the company did a superior job of finding the part and sending a replacement at a reasonable cost.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this item to be installed outside of a second home that is located 100 miles from my primary residence. My husband traveled 100 miles and hired a plumber to install this outdoor shower. After installing it he drove 100 miles home. Within two hours a neighbor called to tell us that water was shooting out of this fixture on the side of our home. We got back in the car and drove another hundred miles to shut off the water source in the house. Upon further investigation, we discovered that this product had ruptured. (See video and pictures). It literally just exploded. After shutting the water to the house we drove 100 more miles to come back home, and we had to leave the water in our house off until a plumber could go back and fix it. In gas and tolls alone, we spent over $100. Not to mention what we spent on the plumber. The icing on the cake is that when we called Amazon to explain the situation, they only credited us back part of the cost. We used rewards that we had accrued on a credit card to pay for part of this item. Those rewards were not credited back to us. Now the rewards are lost and we are out hundreds of dollars because of this product. I cannot emphasize enough what a terrible product this is and what a horrible experience we had with Amazon. Buyer beware!

This shower looks great and works well. Great water output. Company provides great customer service. I had an issue due to improper winterizing, they responded promptly with the required parts.
