I bought this in Nov. 2013 and it stopped working in May 2014. I am only a hobbyist and did not use it that much. I only did shirts for my family. I loved it while it worked but now am so disappointed that I spent the money on something that did not last very long. I would not recommend this one.

Bought this for my wife to replace a smaller press. Right out of the box, the middle of this press did not work correctly. It got WAY too hot, to the point where it was melting the backing of the transfer that I was using, and this caused the transfer to not stick to the middle of the shirt. The outside stuck perfect, but the middle was ruined. We tried everything from lowering the temperature, adjusting the pressure, and even contacting support to get their help. They said we had to "adjust the pressure bolts on the top of the press to make sure they are all the same" I asked them how to do this and the lady told me to turn them all the same number of times.I did this, and the issue was still the same. We returned the item for a full refund.

This is bargin junk at best. I bought this heat press in August of 2012, and by Feb 2013, it has stop working. I made 5 shirts, only because I embroidery mostly everything. My advice to those looking for a bargin heat press, "Save your money and get a quality build one, with a name behind it"' YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

I love this heat press. I works great, heats well. As with any clam shell press just be cautious when moving clothing around.

Delivered promptly and was exactly as described. A very good choice.

Works as described. Really wish there was a way to mute the alarms or at least adjust the volume.Shipping was fast and 3 weeks into using it still working like new.

the machine definately works good for the price .. the only thing is the instructions aren't easy to understand and no contact info if you have questions or a problem

Works great so far had it bout 3 months. Much better than ironing on
