Not a good quality made knife
Haven't even used this knife yet,and it's already wasting away...Bought it about 3 months ago,and put it away in a knife guard,I decided to take it out and look at it &there is oxidization / corrosion on the backside of this brand new JCK "Carbonext" Santokú knifeBad quality.I think I'll stick to Damascus Steel from now on.
