This kit is amazing!!! Very durable and well made. It is not cheaply made or anything. It was a gift so I did have concerns but he loved it. Every item was worth it.

Very useful and high quality tool kit for camping and contains more than I expected. Not only listed items but also a replacement pen refill. The most important tools for me are the knife and the spoon. They are made of really good metal. The whole case is not too big to carry around. (Though not all of them are needed). But some functions are repeating (like bottle opener), and I need to prepare a battery for the flashlight.

Item not quite large enough. Needs a lighter, iodine water pills, a whistle, 3 chem lights, bottle energy pills, needle, sowing kit and fishing line. Increase medical like add alcohol wipes extra. Still ok.

I bought this item for a as something I could use during a military training exercise and throw away. After opening the carrying case I realized this isn’ta one and done item. The knife, pen, and most of the items are heavy construction and very durable. The thickness of the case is perfect to fit into the side pouch of my ruck sack (pack) and still have space for my survival hammock/fishing net. This is also something giftable to the about outdoorsman, service member or someone who enjoys camping. I recommend this to anyone and everyone.

I must say I was expecting wimpy tools, yet these are fairly robust. Quality of build, tight specs, it all is very acceptable. I would buy this again. I am giving a set to each of my kids for Christmas. The flashlight battery size was a mystery, but, after reading the questions I went ahead and put a AA battery in there, and it fits tightly once you screw on the cap, and the light is very bright.

I wanted a quality survival kit at a decent price to pair with my disaster bag and choose Weyland after hours of agonizing over the choices. I was not at all disappointed with this. The quality is as advertised. There is even a bit of space left over in the case for some small additions like some extra tinder, a couple water purification tabs, or a small fishing kit.

This survival kit would make a great gift for someone, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of all the items. Everything was too quality and it came with a ton of items. The hunting knife worked great for fishing. The kit comes with everything you could possible imagine needing if you where to get stranded one night.

Well I got to look at this for less than 30 seconds before my husband grabbed it and said, “Winn this is a cool kit you got me!” I hadn’t intended to give it to him, but I guess he’s claimed it now. lolThis kit is packed full if handy stuff. The only strike it has against it is it’s case. It’s too small to hold all of the contents when you try to put them back inside. It’s latches are also flimsy and break easily.There is just about everything you could think of for a beginning survival kit packed into this tiny plastic case. My husband especially liked the knife and compass parachute cord bracelet.I think both adults and kids into camping will enjoy this kit. They’ll just have to figure out what to keep everything in once they open the case.
