This does not have Instructions so I can not use it, I HAVE MISSED THE RETURN WINDOWI looked at it for so long too before I purchased it.Now I am still having to fill by hand and just looking at this waste of my money!!!! ARGHHUPDATE- I take this back, after the company saw my review, they have contacted me and fixed all my issues.They have great customer service, I would highly recommend I am so excited to be able to use a filling machine finally. The unit itself works great however the way in which it was packaged to ship was a joke. The internal box that contained the unit was packaged ok but then they just put it in another box without and packaging so it was obviously banged around pretty good.When I first used it I discovered that only one pump would work. Looked inside to find the block that controls when the pumps turned in was partially out. Pushed it in and both pumps worked. Only to discover that one of the hoses going to the pump had a hike in it so fixed the hose but the get that the pumps mount to had all popped off because of it banging around so much. Had to remove the feet, reattach them and fasten them back down.I have used it a couple of times now and it works great except the pumps don't pump at the same rate so I've had to adjust the time and flow rate differently to make it full approximately at the same speed but it's still not perfect.For spending this kind of money I would expect better packaging and things to be more in sync when it comes to the pumps. Doesn't look like there's much quality control. Was going to have the unit replaced but figured I'd likely have the same issues again.
