Having read multiple reviews for various clothes steamers I went with a non branded one as it seemed to get far better reviews than the more expensive ones available. I found this really easy to set up and have just used on multiple items of clothing, the results were very impressive, I tried it on all fabric types with varying degrees of creases and all were easily removed with this gadget, I’m sold on it ! Will now stay in my spare room ready to use as and when needed, would definitely recommend this product.

I am no fan of ironing and have found less and less time to stand and iron for any length of time since injuring my back. This steamer changes everything. Not only is it quick-heating and transportable, it also allows the user to sit and straighten their clothes.I had not used a steamer before and was doubtful it would be as effective as a traditional iron. Of course, you won't get the same crisp edges that you will with a press. But for daily usage, the product makes the process much faster and less taxing. There's no noticeable difference in how well it does its job. The short preheat time makes it useful if you only want to steam a shirt or two but it's also light enough and holds enough water to keep going. Can't recommend enough.

Bought this as my daughter's online prom dress arrived with deep creases in the netting and layers of the skirt. As these were fully synthetic materials I couldn't iron them. Even if I could there were several layers of long skirt and I'm not sure how I would have put them over the ironing board! This steamer is excellent. There are 2 settings and you simply press the power button on the back to toggle between low steam and high steam. It indicates when it is up to heat and you start steaming. The steamer button has a lock you can slide on so that you don't have to keep on holding it. It's not too heavy when full of watee. I've taken off one start because the cord is a little short bearing in mind that you will be steaming something hanging. If you wanted to steam your curtains you would almost certainly have to use an extension lead. It came in a good box that is goes easily back into for storage.

Its way to big for travelling, when full its to heavy for long term use if the item is hung to high (door frame). The first shirt got very wet but when got up to full temp, the steam was fairly decent but the water went down quickly then we had a wet shirt again. It is of a solid construction, probably to heavy if not physically fit, definitely not compact enough for travel use. And could replace an Iron if you want crisp shirts, jeans etc. It's great to freshen stuff up after it's been ironed and maybe been hung up for a while. I've sent the item back, I'll probably go back to a steam mop that turned into a handheld steamer for better functionality and greater power heavy curtains.

Heats up quickly and easy to use. A little heavier than expected and probably not suitable for travel if you have a weight restriction but really good for travelling otherwise as many hotels don't provide irons. It won't replace your iron and ironing board for the weekly laundry but very useful for the quick fix.

Absolutely brilliant steamer, heats up in seconds and two very powerful steam settings. The steamer is so sturdy you can just switch it on, place it on a dressing table and then use two hands to hold what your steaming, superb. You definitely need the large capacity water reservoir any smaller would be a complete waste of time. The cord could be larger but it’s really no problem. I would say this steamer is probably the best hand held steamer you will find on the market, it’s actually far better than the powerful commercial floor standing model I had last time.

I have had steamers before however this one is brilliant! There are 2 steam levels for different garments. I was struggling with duvet covers but I have just ironed one over the landing rail and it looks pristine! I have also tried it on a lightweight blouse with equally good results. My only issue (as has been mentioned by other reviewers) is the cord could be longer. Great gadget highly recommended!

This item got delivered today by prime. I was really excited to receive it. When I opened the plug seal has been broken and when I used it, it keeps emitting steam with hiss noise even after the lock is released to stop steam. I'm not sure if I would ever order again. The seller must have sold this item as used item or a open box at a lower price rather than misleading customers to buy an already used one paying full price.
