Fantastic winter socks! The socks are a little thicker than standard crew socks, but thin enough that I've been able to wear the comfortably inside my normal shoes (as opposed to some other socks I own that are simply too thick). They have good stretch and fit to my feet really nicely, without any uncomfortable bagging around the toes or heels, and fit nicely through my arches as well. I also like that they are comfortable to sleep in - not too tight, but they stay in place. I have a smaller foot size (I'm a size 5), and many one-size-fits-all socks are simply too long for my feet. These fit, but seem to have enough stretch that I think they'd fit several sizes larger as well. Maybe up to a size 8-8 1/2. If your feet are larger than that, then these might be a little too small for you.I bought these as 'holiday' socks that I hoped I would be able to wear all winter, and they fit the bill nicely. The red and grey are particularly festive for the holidays, but I still feel comfortable wearing them, now that the holidays are past because they're simply festive. They definitely help keep my feet warm, important with how chilly things have been.Washability: I machine wash them in the permanent press load, and dry them on medium. If they've shrunk at all, it's been very minimal. The only downside I've noticed is that with the washings, they have started to pill around the heel and toes. I've included a photo of the heels of one of the pairs so you can see this. This pair has been washed about 3 times. You can see that the design is fine, it's just the solid-colored heels (and toes) that are pilling.

Updating my review...Once opening and trying several pair I'm finding these are quite shorter than the 2 previous sets I've purchased in the past, and only one set out of 4 this time were doable. I contacted the seller letting them know, even telling them the actual measurements, willing to send pictures, so they would know there's no way these will fit women's size 5-9. I'm a 7 and they barely fit and that's without washing them first. They have wool in them they can NOT go in warm water or the dryer.They are unwilling to replace with accurately sized socks. They suggest I pass them on or "resell them"??? Seriously? I don't buy things to resell them.Just a heads up. Socks can run SUPER SMALL!!! Sized for KIDS! NOT WOMEN! Idon't recommend! Not anymore.

I treated myself to 20 pairs of these socks for Christmas. I took a gamble since they are partly wool, thinking they might be itchy, but they are not! I wear them all the time. They are high quality, warm, comfy socks that keep their shape and don't shrink in the wash. I bought 4 different sets, which have different patterns and colors, so I have a nice variety. My favorites are the darkest ones because they go with so many of my pants and shoes. My high-schooler daughters also wear the more colorful ones and I gave a few pair away as gifts as well. They each came individually banded and folded as one pair. Definitely recommend!

Thick and warm! The quantity is nice as they are washing and wearing well too. They're tighter on the foot than my other white cotton socks; and when I first put them on, it's almost uncomfortable. But they don't take long to stretch and reshape to the foot.... And now my other socks all feel too loose, lol. I came back to buy more patterns from this company.... but I paid $10 for these six weeks ago and I can't bring myself to pay $20 just because it's the Xmas time. As much as I like them, I'll check back after the holidays.

I have 2 sets of these socks already. I love them. Cute, warm, and comfortable, what more could you want? My daughter always wears these when she comes to visit, so I ordered a set for her. They arrived today and I love the pattern so much I am ordering another set for myself! My husband saw them and wondered if they make these for men. I looked and sure enough they do, so I’m ordering a set for him too. These are by far my favorite socks. I think it’s safe to say they are a family favorite!!

I'm very impressed with these wool socks. They are thicker than my summer jogging socks, but thinner than hiking socks. They keep my feet warmer in the winter weather and are stylish enough to wear to work in my Dansko's. I washed and dried with my sweatshirts without noticeable shrinking. I will definitely buy more!

These are soooo cute! I love them, BUT mine barely last a season. We have hardwood floors and these socks wear out . I've had to throw several away already because of holes on the bottoms. If you wear house slippers or have carpet they may hold up a lot longer.

Love these socks, just toasty enough and very soft. Not too thick to wear with regular shoes either. Only one issue was that one pair had a hole in the heel, don't want to have to return the whole 5 pack, just want to replace the 1 pair of the grey ones that had a hole in them if that is even possible.

I am absolutely delighted with these socks. They are thick, warm and comfortable, perfect for my cold feet.

Der Winter kann kommen. Die Wollsocken sind dick und von guter Qualität. Bei der Lieferung lief alles glatt. Den Preis find ich ok. Das Produkt sieht toll aus mit den kräftigen Farben und Mustern darauf erziehlen die Socken eine tolle Wirkung.

Sehr bequem und passen sich genau den Füßen an (Größe 38/39). Angenehm weich und warm. Keine störenden Nähte oder Fäden.
