It seems that this is a hard to find item in my area. The uniform shops don't stock this culinary hat so I had to take to the internet to find what I wanted. As a culinary student the on campus book store have them at a significantly higher mark up with the velcro strap for size adjustment. This is a better bargain at just the right price. A couple days wait is fine at this bargain price and it's just what I wanted and need. If only other supplies were as easy to find online it would be a blessing

As a female chef I always have my hair in a pony tail/bun. This hat is big enough I can get my bun under it and have my hair completely covered. Love it. Buying more!
