I have had this product on my gate for over a year and it has worked great with no need for adjustment. I have a large 10' wood gate for the driveway that gets used many times a day and the product holds up. I have gone through several cable devices in the past that all fail to hold or need to be adjusted frequently, so I consider this a great find. Highly recommended!

I bought a couple of anti-sag cable kits and the fence was noticeably twisted but it did lift the end of the gate. I bought this rod and decided to try it out even though it was a little pricey. It was very easy to install and works much better than the cable. I would definitely recommend buying this and saving yourself a lot of time

This gate straightener is perfect. It is well made and so easy to install. The first one took me ten minutes and the second one took me five. It took me longer to gather my tools and put them away than it did to install both of these. I can’t believe this wasn’t invented in the 60s. Don’t waste your time or money of those wire gate holders just buy this one and be done with it. Great product!

Easy to install and really corrected my sagging gate. It feels like a sturdy, quality product

I have used turnbuckle systems previous to correct gate lag, but there is always a bit of prep involved, and was somewhat skeptical that this product was going to be able to lift my 8' wooden picket gate that weighs about 100 lbs. But the product installed in about five minutes and inside of 10, my gate was perfectly level again (one drill for pilot holes, another for the nut driver, and a crescent wrench). The thing is obviously heavy duty, is painted thickly and packed intelligently. I hope China doesn't get any bright ideas about trying to fabricate some tin can knockoff. What a pleasure to work with something done so well. Almost hard to believe I'm not dreaming.

The fence still sags and doesn't stand straight up, but it is easier to open and close. It's just "alright"

These installed in a matter of minutes and adjusting them is easy too.My gate doors aren't weighed out, but the two gate doors span 11' wide x 7' tall and are 5/4" pressure treated deckboard.There is no way the less superior items would work on the weight of these gate doors.

More expensive than other options but I can already tell it will last a long long time. Simple to adjust when needed made very well. I know if my gate sags a little later on it will be a 2 minute adjustment. So happy I ended up getting this one.
