Edens Garden Vetiver Essential Oil, 100% Pure Therapeutic Grade (Undiluted Natural/Homeopathic Aromatherapy Scented Essential Oil Singles) 5 ml

It’s a little pricey but I really like this brand and trust that it’s products are of high quality. I put it in my diffuser after a long day, and I’m ready for bed. It puts me right out. I’m so relaxed when I smell the aroma, and I fall into a good nights sleep. I noticed my dog also likes it. Whenever I have it on, I can tell she’s very relaxed and knocks out. The oil is really thick though, so it can be a little difficult getting it out of the dropper. I heard you can warm it up with your hands before use, but I’m impatient. I just take off the dropper cap and carefully drop the oil into the diffuser.

I kind of want to give it 5 stars because of what it does. But it has its issues therefore 4. What it does is it brings down & grounds the light airy fresh floral dancing notes like blood orange & lemongrass. Maybe bergamot & ylang ylang. If I wear lemongrass & blood orange I start my day on a high but if I add a touch of vetiver I focus and ground. It helps center those with ADHD or start the week off right. But here's the thing. It's so thick. It's like motor oil. Tough to get out of the tiny bottle & tough to control amount & then I must shake it in my diffuser. It's sticky. Is this the way it's supposed to be? Not sure. I guess so. The smell is definitely something you don't use alone btw. It grounds out scents but you wouldn't wear it alone. Like frankincense I guess. It smells like dirt. When it's alone. But the magic it offers when mixed with the lighter scents I mentioned above ... amazing effect on productivity focus and mood.

I love Eden's Garden brand EO and purchased this one simply because I had not tried it. I have a cracked tooth that I put off getting treated because the roots are very deep and extend into the mandibular nerve chamber, so I needed oral surgery. I have quite a high pain tolerance and decided to put off the surgery until I had the funds in hand. Well, fast forward a bit and now I am dealing with an infection in my jaw bone and am in an intense amount of pain. I have allergies to all the good stuff and am only able to take a low dose of Percocet which causes insomnia and a terrible "itchy" feeling in me. I was at my wits end and feeling very anxious and amped up due to the pain. I decided to try the Veviter oil with a few drops of lavender in my diffuser. BEST DECISION! I am sleeping better, I am calmer, and feel like I can actually make it to my surgery date next week.

Very thick as people have mentioned; however, I have a tool that removes the insert and a dropper. I used this in body wash and soap mixed with eucalyptus, white cedar, and lily of the valley (the only one that’s not an EO). I love how it mixes with the aforementioned scents; when mixed like that, it’s a sweet, earthy scent. I can’t wait until I get my rollerball containers to make that mix with the Eden’s Garden Hemp carrier oil! Vétiver is an expensive EO, but goes a long way.

I heard of this oil being god for people with anxiety and stress, so I tried it on my son. Wasn't sure if it would actually do anything. The days when I used it on him, he did better in school, and didn't get in trouble. His teacher even noticed a difference! I was so happy, but then things got crazy and busy, and I forgot to put it on him for a whole week... he got in trouble, his teacher said he couldn't sit till, he was acting up, and not doing his work... it was a noticeable difference! Later, I realized I had been forgetting the oil! (face palm)I remembered the rest of the school year to put it on him every day and it really helped him.

This EO is wonderful for relieving stress and anxiety. Combined with a little Frankincense and a drop or two of Sweet Orange in the diffuser it becomes a delicious way to truly unwind even the deepest mental and physical knots.I did a lot of research into EO companies and the products they sell before deciding on Edens Garden and doing so has paid off for me. I am very satisfied with the company's transparency, with their products, and with their reasonable and realistic prices (I have no desire to be at the bottom of a Multi Level Marketing pyramid). I also appreciate the vast amount of information that they provide on their website and I've been very pleased with every oil I've purchased from them. I'm a relatively new customer of theirs but I already feel that they have earned my loyalty.

LOVE this in my diffuser...I let it run for hours each day and it permeates the house. I also put a couple of dabs of it on my fabric recliner ... very pleasant and relaxing. My first time using vetiver, so I have no comparison amongst brands....but this is wonderful.

Yes, this oil is incredibly thick. I do wish I'd listened to that warning from others more, but I've got it now and will use it as best I can. That being sid, I run the closed bottle under some hot water for a few minutes and that has helped me some with getting the oil to come out better. Other times I have had to carefully remove the orifice reducer and pour the oil. Since it is so much thicker, this hasn't been too hard as the oil pours so slowly. Just do be careful if you do this because the drops were also much bigger for me with the oil being so thick. One drop of this may actually be equivalent to two or three of the regular, less thick oils. Glad I only got a 5ml bottle. I will try a different brand next time. This is the first Eden's Garden oil I've had any issues with, though. I have many more and have loved all of them.
