When received bottle was half full. Very disappointed. Did it spill during transit? or was it a return by someone else and re-shipped to me. Whatever happened end result is I'm vey disappointed. An expensive product to not receive full content. I would buy again because I think the product is excellent. Hopefully next time it will be packaged securely and accurately.

I bought the 11-dollar size of this, not checking the actual amount of shampoo in the order. When I got a minuscule bottle, the size of a little travel size, I realized I had just paid 11 dollars for 1.7 ounces!!! I didn't feel like going through the hassle of returning it, so I used it. It is very nice, but I'll look for a deal on this; if I can find one, I'll buy it again, but give me a break.

Drilling works, made my hair, nice and shiny and smooth
