I love the way these look and the large one (4000ml) came with great instructions for an easy set up. It's working great and the dial option makes it so much nicer than the similarly priced ones I've gotten from walmart.This one though (3000ml) must have been an opened box item because it did not come with any instructions. Since it doesn't separate like the larger one I tried to set it up only to realize after having the water and oil in place that the lid with spout will not fit on without removing something. So I tried to unscrew what looks to be a topper on the inner unit but it won't budge and without instructions I'm just stuck with an open and filled diffuser. I've looked online and can't find any ideas of what to do next but I'm sure once I figure it out it will work out as well as the larger one.

Great diffuser! Design is sleek, it’s compact and fit in any cup holder of my car. It charges quickly and holds the charge for an impressive amount of time.Mine stopped working after few months; I contacted the seller. They helped me troubleshoot it but when that didn’t work, they mailed me a new one. I highly recommend this diffuser and the seller!

The media could not be loaded.  I was excited to receive this and get some "stress relief" aromatherapy going, however, the only thing this product accomplished was an INCREASE in stress!CONS- Control knob is... inconsistent. Instructions are to turn the knob to the left to turn it on, then left again to change the frequency of dispersal. Turn to the right to decrease the frequency and to turn the unit off. As video shows, you have to spin the knob repeatedly until something magical happens and the unit turns on. Same thing with turning it off.- Triangles to line up the diffuser base and the screw-on atomizing nozzle cap are a royal pain to line up. Then, turns out that the triangles are not correctly aligned for the nozzles (see another review https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R1VQ9F2MESI78X/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B0BD7DNB16).- Says it works with different sizes of bottles, but really only fits ones the exact same size as the one provided. I could not use my 10 ml bottles.- DOESN'T ACTUALLY DIFFUSE ANY SCENT!!! I ran it multiple times, for 3 hours and trying different diffuser/nozzle alignments but nothing. Ever. Happened. See video for the fact that it never even drew oil up into the tube....PROS+ Very cute+ Battery lasts a long time (while running the motor, trying desperately to get scent to come out!)

I purchased this for my car and the battery life is excellent once charged.It runs for hours.the only issue is that it is a bit noisy so I can't keep it running in the car for a long time.So I end up using it in my living room.very good deal overall!

I bought 2 of these on 11/23 for different locations. While one is still working great, the other does not output anything. I hear it come on but pressure into the nebulizer isn’t strong enough to output any sent.This is an update to this review. Customer service contacted me within 72 hours and made it right by sending a replacement. I will buy from them again.

The media could not be loaded.  This diffuser is sleek and modern in design. It pumps out a healthy dose of oil and that’s my favorite part. This one is 6months old and gotten temperamental on me. Ok it’s easy to use if u can always remember the trick , well I want you to know it’s push down and turn left (counterclockwise). Until beeps. Push the button down one or two times for 1,2,4hrs setting and turn to the right or left to set 15,60,120 seconds per oil boost. For opening it it used to be push down and turn and it’d pop up but know I need a tool, a toothpick would be great or a paper clip. This device fills a 300sqft room.It can be temper mental and needs to be charged more often than before. And don’t tip it over, beware it can me messy and the essence oils, if leaked, can absolutely ruin your clothes or tabletop. No I would not buy it again and I feel it’s on its last leg after just 6 months.

I bought this after I got water in one of my old diffusers and it crapped out. I was using it as a humidifier for my tropical plant greenhouse cabinet and it worked well for a week or so until I effed it up.Enter this bad boy.Right out of the box, I was like woah, this thing is solid. And large. For the same cost as what I’ve been buying cheap nonsense diffusers for years no less!I cleaned it out, filled it with water carefully and put it into my tent. At that time, the humidity was a measly 41%. I walked away for about 10 mins, then saw the humidity had gone up to 56%. On the right track!Then I got distracted by something and forgot about it for a couple hours til I walked back into the room and saw the tent full of steam and the hygrometer showed the humidity at 99%. Woah!! I let it keep going overnight and this morning the reservoir still had water leftover and it was still 99% humidity. I refilled the tank this afternoon and she’s chugging away again. Oh, finally the colors are very nice and easy to change, plus the remote is so handy!Summary, 10/10, great diffuser/mini humidifier. Just buy the damn thing lol

Customer Service reached out immediately after I had posted my diffuser had died within 10 months. Even though i was long past the return window and warantee period the seller sent a replacement which I received within the week. I appreciated that they believed me without hassle and they gave me some tips and tricks to first see if I could get the original to work. Really nice seller.

My item came intact and the delivery was quick. Unfortunately, my nebulizer only vibrated and emitted no mist/scent. I had contacted the seller and they were very quick to respond to assist me with this issue.The setting knob is a bit tricky and may need some practice to get the hang of it, but once you do, it's very simple and easy to use/install.I'm excited to try their product again.

Not sure about the space capacity but it does work well to diffuse scents throughout my living room
