after i bought i cherge it no more than 2 or 3 times ,now is nor accepting charge,i paid a lot of mony for this device,qhqt can you do to solve these?

It was A VERY handy device to have in my vehicle.. But, after 3 months & using it 4 times it stopped holding a charge. I'm very bummed!

This is one heck of a car jump starter pack, it has a lot of accessories that will enable you to do a lot of things. Obviously it has the jumper cables that will allow you to jump start your car, just be sure to recharge the batter every month or so, don't want to be caught with two dead batteries. The powerbank has enough juice to jump a car several times, I hope i never get the chance to test out exactly how many times. There are power plugs for your home or your car so that you can charge up the power pack no matter where you are. There is a great white cable included in this pack that will allow you to charge nearly anything, one USB plug splits into five ends. You get the old and new apple ends so you can charge your iphone no matter model it is, there is a micro USB plug for android phones and the millions of other things that use a micro USB cord. There is also a mini USB for digital cameras and other things that use that plug. There is also a handy black cable that can have any one of 8 different ends attached, these are for pretty much anything that plugs in, laptops commonly use these. The powerbank itself will also work as a flashlight, so if you have the unfortunate luck of getting stuck at night, there is no need to worry. This thing is awesome! Very compact and works great for numerous charging capabilities. This allows you to charge pretty much anything! The phone charger is very fast and works great. This allows you to also charge various styles of laptops. The best part is that you're able to jump a vehicle with it! I can't wait to have to jump a vehicle and bring this thing out. They'll probably laugh, but I'll be the one laughing at the person with the jumper cables! Great product so far, will update if I get to jump a vehicle with it!

This product lasted 2 months . Will no longer hold a charge . Has never been used , except for charging cellphones . This is junk !

Absolutely love this. It didn't seem possible that jumping a car could be this easy but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it works like a dream.When it first arrived I found myself in the odd position of wishing my car would die again ( ofcorse that issue was fixed two days before I got this) but my husband had a friend's car he was helping him work on that needed a jump. Even though it had been dead for over a week this worked with no problem, it also worked on one of my four-wheelers that's been dead since last summer. I couldn't believe how much easier it is, instead of hunting down the cables and making sure you're parked just right to reach the other car you just clip these cute little clamps attached to the battery and its go time. The accessories that came with this are great but to be honest I don't really plan on using them in the manner suggested. I would prefer to save this for an actual car emergency and think that using it to charge my phones/tablets would be a waste of energy ( unless its an emergency) I have the smaller portable chargers for my portable electronics and I hate hate hate having to drag around all the different kinds of cords in my purse that I need on a daily basis ( micro usb, 30pin apple, lightning cord) so I've actually taken this cord and carry it with me. I tested it and I can actually charge 3 devices at a time !!! That's only possible if your charger is big enough or if you're using a wall adaptor but I am so exited since every other multi-pronged cord ive had will only work one at a time. The laptop adaptors probably won't get used as much but I have had to find different charging cords for laptops before and it was either expensive to buy locally or cheap and long wait to buy them online. Having this many on hand will no doubt come in handy. My only concern is the standby time. I would hate to have this sitting in my car fo months and be dead by the time I needed it again. I found it ironic that it had a cigarette lighter adaptor though, but that will make it easier to keep charged if I think about it while i'm driving. I purchased this product for a reduced price to give an honest and unbiased review.
