Does it's job and looks sweet
These baseplate really give your gun that fancy gun look with the flared mags but still looks rugged and duty worthy. Love them on my g19 👍👌.

Great fix for a Magpul problem
I love love love Magpul. I have so much of their gear and it's all great except for one thing...I carry a Glock 17 as my primary EDC and while OEM mags for that are pretty great, I bought a few extra Magpul mags. And they rattle. Specifically the baseplate rattles. Fully stacked or empty. And I hate that. So much that I never used them except at the range. It's just silly that a company that does everything so well has this one annoyance. BUT I just put these on my mags a few minutes ago and, bam, problem solved. I'm not sure if other people are buying them for the same reason, honestly I don't know why else you would but I am quite pleased to have found these.

A very nice option.
I purchased the L-Plate for my Glock 19 because I had previously installed a Magpul enhanced magwell.A stock Glock magazine works well, however it is difficult to remove the magazine if you need to clear a jam.The Magpul L-Plate protrudes pass the magwell for easy access in case you need to strip a magazine.I am very happy with the performance and function of the Magpul L-Plate. Would purchase again.NOTE: The Magpul L-Plate only works on Magpul PMAG GL9 series magazines. Will not work on OEM Glock magazines and doesn't increase round capacity.
