Effective abd lingerie lasting coldness
This helped my twisted ankle enormously. The strap could fit a tad better but it's manageable. You only need one as stays nice and cold for a long while and it re-freezes quickly. The time it takes to re-freeze is the ideal interval time you need.

Perfect for large limbs
Needed something to wrap around my knee without it falling down or off. This is perfect, the Velcro is strong.

Dreadful unfortunately, ordered 4 by mistake as obviously only wanted 2 and having to buy the gel inserts seperatly - very misleading - non returnable so watch out, absolute con in my eyes.

Mis leading
You showed a photo with the ice pack but no ice packs delivered with it I feel this is mis-leading only when you go to the bottom do you see not INCLUDED . CANNOT RETURN .
