7 inches tall with a magnetic base, hard plastic, can change out the arms and hands. Lightsaber may be a little flimsy, but overall am satisfied.

Kotobukiya did it again
Great figure. Kotobukiya knows how to do their thing. Master Qui-Gon comes with three arms: two rights and one left arm with a removable hand. Right arm #1 comes with a hand; right arm #2 has no hand but this one is used to display him with his hands hidden inside his sleeves; left arm has a removable hand because without the hand is how you use right arm #2. It stands at 7 1/2 inches and around ten inches if you count the lightsaber.
