A very effective product for anxiety.
This is an OTC product that is VERY EFFECTIVE for anxiety. It contains a form of GABA that penetrates the Blood/Brain barrier. Regular GABA will not do so. This is a product that must be used as directed and cycled as other reviewers have said. Not to be taken daily. My wife takes this product for anxiety. I take it for when I wake up in the middle of the night wide awake and cannot go back to sleep. We have used the product for years with no negative issues of any kind -- but we use it as directed and cycling it so as to not build up a tolerance. This is a great product. I like it so much I will say it again. This is a great product!

You have to try this for depression, anxiety or lack of focus and energy!
This is an amazing supplement for mood support, focus and energy. I use it personally and recommend it to therapy clients for ADHD, depression, motivation and anxiety. I highly recommend you try it. It works immediately. If I miss a few days I definitely feel the lack of support.

Still Contains Phenibut
Dear Amazon,Purelife does not list phenylgaba as an ingredient on Amazon, but it is on the bottle and contains a significant dose of it ( 500mg per cap) Phenylgaba is Phenibut, an addictive and dangerous drug that should be regulated.

It works but at a cost.
They work. They just over time require more to achieve the same relief over time. If used for consecutive days, discontinuation or even an reduction in dose, and also a lack of increase in dose when tolerance develops all produce unbearable rebound anxiety, like a never ending panic attack. The only relief is another dose. Even a taper to achieve discontinuation is unbearable and I would believe possibly need medical assistance in sensitive individuals. I’d only recommend it for single use doses separated by months if possible(event relief, not maintenance or daily use)
