I wanted to post this for people on the fence.I am 47, I have 5 children, and after having my daughter 7 years ago ( I changed my chemistry to finally have a girl after 4 boys), my body has never been the same. I went form quick fat burning, high metabolism, high energy, naturally slim, to major weight gain in my mid section, thighs and arms. NOT like me or liked at all. I have tried EVERY DIET ON THE PLANET, given I am not overweight, I have very tough places to lose weight. I am also hypoglycemic and my body changed to the point that I cannot eat sugars or digest them well. Over a year ago I went gluten free to balance my body, and at the same time I cut out sugars, both real and artificial in an attempt to resolve my leptin and insulin resistance. SO....long story shortened. I awoke one morning with a message saying, Just try shakes! You're too busy to figure meals and the like." WIth that I researched meal replacement shakes and easy peazy format to follow. I found 310. I ordered 14 serving packages of Vanilla, Chocolate and Caramel to start. Well....this is what happened. My son, 18 years of age, entering the Marines, on keto decided to try them, as did my diet resistant husband who is a carbaholic. Now I will be ordering the 28 servings of those and possibly more.No after taste...absolutely scrumptious!Mixed by self with almond milk, water or heavy cream ORMixed with milk, fruit, coffee and/or ice for a frappe'NOT hungry! No sugar drops! No worries! Body clears daily!I wake up ON MY OWN before my scheduled time!I am NOT TIRED! I HAVE ENERGY!!! TO WORK OUT!!!!I cannot say enough about this product.-I eat 2 shakes a day...breakfast and lunch or dinner with one balanced meal of meat and veggies. I stay away from carbs for the most part but do not exclude veggies based on that.- I have made several flourless dessert recipes using pitted dates that fit nicely in after breakfast and lunch, tiding me over and making me feel less depleted.-I drink coffee, tea, and water all day long. I have cold and hot teas, and only add half and half to my coffee. No sugars unless they come naturally in the fruit I eat. I cannot believe it.NOW...my husband who is diet-resistant decided to jump on board. I have been on for 6 days now. I can see and feel the weight loss/changes happening, but have not lost on the scale. That is fine. The reasoning, I believe, is that my body is finally resetting to where I used to be. My metabolism is CRANKIING as of today and I finally feel that heat again (Not a hot flash, as I am done with that). My husband has been doing this 4 days and has lost 4 pounds. He is 6'4" and has a bit of weight to lose, but he is also stoked. Eats the same as I do, and is NEVER hungry.I just wanted to share in case anyone was attempting to figure out a life change and was considering this product. It is awesome. And it is something I can get in the habit of for a lifestyle.

Good taste (chocolates the best) made me full. I drank it with coconut milk. Nice to be able to taste all 3 flavors before I bought a big can.

This protein powder has a decent flavor, I buy this brand for the quality of the ingredients.

I have been drinking chocolate Shakeology for years now but it is just way too expensive. I have tried other brands but didn't like the taste. I took a chance buying this and I am so glad I did! It tastes great and fills me up, and doesn't have any side effects (I'm gluten intolerant). This is my new go-to shake!

My husband drinks the shakes. He loves all the flavors. He drinks one in the evening. He says one shake does curb his late night food cravings. Price is very high so we have to only make one shake a day. I give him slim fast as well. He had emergency surgery on a severe herniated disc and is obese. Fingers crossed this stuff works as a meal replacement. He is a really big guy and needs to lose weight. Again we wish this was more reasonable.

All of the flavors were excellent in my coffee protein drinks! Definitely an excellent protein powder.

Cleaner taste than some of the competition. Relatively cost effective. I mix with low fat milk and get a milk shake like drink.

I’ve been using 310 for a few years and love them! I have Crohn’s disease and have a really hard time with a lot of foods. I’ve tried so many shake brands and 310 is the only one my body tolerates with no ill effects. I was a little nervous when they redesigned their shakes but they still taste great and work just fine for me!
