It was adorable. I bought it for my bf for Christmas because he loves robins and he loves a good storm. He also loved it :) yes it’s small but I think it was perfect. He perches it on top of his books next to the windowsill.

I bought this as a gift for my nana to go in a hamper. The bird is very pretty and delicate, I would say it was smaller than I was expecting, but it still makes for a lovely gift.The way it predicts the weather is that the little crystal things in the water are effected by temperature, so I can't say that it would be accurate in predicting weather, so much as it just tells you how warm or cold it is. So this is not really something you want if you just want it for its performance in weather prediction, its more just a pretty trinket.Considering it's size and packaging, I'd say it's ok value for money. It comes in a cheap plain white box, inside there is styrofoam shaped around the bird to protect it, aswell as bubble wrap, so it did arrive safely. However the box could have been nicer, I had to take it out of its packaging to present it in the hamper I made.

When I opened the box I was disappointed. Smaller than I thought it would be.Paper fell out- Highly flammable. Felt too concerned to gift to anyone in a Christmas stocking. I have it on a shelf waiting for something to happen… if something happens it will deserve a three perhaps.

I know it’s tiny, but it soooo cute. It sits in my office and it makes me smile when I see it. And although small it does work

Avoid. This storm glass is miniscule, and looks like it came from a pound shop. It's weather accuracy leaves much to be desired. Apparently (according to it) it's sunny where I am, as thunder is clapping overhead and the rain is teeming down. My only decision now is who I dislike enough to give it to as a Christmas gift.

It is small but still good for the price from what I've seen. It does crystallise and change but not convinced this is a reaction to the weather as opposed to immediate surroundings.It is interesting how the crystals change as an ornament, but I will still use BBC weather for my forecasts :)

This is really cute. Quite small but size as described. I haven’t really noticed the crystals changing, but it has been a UK winter and I don’t look at it constantly. A pretty ornament generally though.

Item is smaller than expected (and to the pictures).To make matters worse, after using it for a week, the crystals don’t seem to do show much changing to the weather so accuracy isn’t very spot on.I love the shape of the bird, but the item is much smaller than what is pictured

This was a fun little trinket for me to keep to keep at my desk to illustrate current weather conditions. It’s a little smaller than I anticipated but it’s great and my kids love having a look occasionally too!

Super cute and tiny paperweight. But just that. It does not work as storm glass.I would though, buy another one as decoration.Read the size description. It is accurate. It is teensy which makes it so cute.
