Great price for hard to find gear
This is great for arm and wrist rehad or strengthening. Uses the smaller 1" standard plates, rather than the larger 2 inch Olympic plates. Great price for this, anything else similar is 100 dollars

Simple and effective
For $20 this was an exceptional tool to add to my arsenal. For years I have been doing wrist/forearm work with sledgehammers. I even made a DIY version of this implement with an old dumbbell handle. Both of those options work, but in my opinion this thing is superior. The length is good, the handle is comfortable and it is very easy to load. No doubt, I will get a lot of use out of this thing. Thanks for a solid and inexpensive product!
