Received the product and it didn’t work. Kept getting an error code. Contacted the seller and they were swift in sending a replacement. That one worked right out of the bag. Defaulted to F and easy to use. Fast and accurate. Very satisfied with the purchase and great customer service!

Very easy to use but sometimes gives readings that are off. For the most part it seems to be accurate, but the sensor is extremely sensitive- there was a speck of dust on the lens and it wouldn’t read until it was removed. I like the nice bright display, and the option to turn off the beep.

This thermometer is lightweight and easy to use. I highly recommend it, and would purchase again.

We have this at our reception at the office during Covid. It is kind of persnickety, some staff can't get a reading off of it. Can't really say much on accuracy.

Easy to use. Comes with two batteries, a case, and instruction booklet. Able to take multiple body area readings. I never knew that different parts had a range of normal readings.

It seems to work ok, but I did not realize you need to make contact with the forehead in order to measure your temperature correctly.
