This ring really works. I only thing I did not like about it was the width of the band. I wish it came in a skinny band.

I can’t believe how much this has helped with my anxiety. I wear it on my first and use my thumb to twirl it. It’s so relaxing and I can’t understand why. It’s also very pretty.

Ordered a size bigger than my normal size (due to the reviews) and the rings were too big. Should have just ordered my correct size. The rings themselves are GREAT!

I like the look. Got a size 7 it's a little snug but not too bad. The ring is not smooth so its a bit rough if you rub your face at all.

I purchased the rose-colored ring and loved it! It fit snug on the finger I wanted to wear it on, but it fit my ring finger perfectly, so I just ordered another one size larger. The only reason I did not give it a full 5 stars is because once I received the new one, I realized how quickly the first one's color has dulled, I'm assuming from hand washing or the sanitizer. But it is definitely a stress reliever as promised!

Bought as a backup to my wedding band. Purchased the size I normally wear in a ring but will have to return and go up a full size to get a proper fit.

Not as advertised. Just a metal ring. Does NOT spin. I got this ring as an affordable option to calm my anxiety. I may have only spent $10 but I was not buying it for a usless ring. Buyer beware.. this is not a spin ring.

if it gets dirty you can take the outer ring off to clean it but it starts to come off with just a little force after a while
