I love my set, I had an issue with the color of my cushions, contacted the seller, and they were very prompt to correct the issue!! I look forward to many years of enjoying this furniture on my patio!! Would definitely recommend this set!

There are about a million outdoor couches on Amazon. I'm glad I chose this one. It's a bit different than the standard brown wicker look, and my mom who "hates the color gray" even described this as "pretty". The cushions are pretty thin and easily blown around on a windy day, but not uncomfortable at all. They seem like they'll be easy to maintain and hold up pretty well, but the couch seems like a standard size anyways so if I do end up replacing the cushions in the future, I don't think it'd be too much trouble. I love the versatility of the modular style, and it fits perfectly on my porch without taking up too much visual or physical space. The shipping was a bit confusing because it came in several packages, the seller also did not send one piece of the couch, but when I reached out through Amazon they responded almost immediately and quickly sent the missing piece with no questions asked. I was super impressed, I was kind of envisioning that we'd just have a loveseat but their customer service was stellar - which you really want when you make a large purchase like this on Amazon. Overall I'm really satisfied with this purchase. I can't wait to lounge out here in the warmer weather.Overall this was a fantastic purchase. I was really nervous to spend so much with a seller I didn't know and without seeing the product first, but I am very satisfied. Construction feels very sturdy and was pretty easy to put together. Excellent quality for the price. Thanks for the great customer service too.

Nice for the price. Great customer service, responsive and timely. Very tedious to assemble. Small tools and spaces to assemble in, kept dropping tools and I have smaller hands. Many times holes didn't line up and or the material was over the holes. Would not purchase again.

One of the chairs was not correctly pre-drilled. Hence, it could not be assembled in the most sturdy manner. Also, the hardware was inferior. A few of the nuts were too small in comparison to the pre-drilled holes. Hence, the nuts were worthless and I had to go out to buy better quality nuts to finish putting the product together. Had the return process not been so daunting, I would have sent this product back and asked for a full refund. I d not recommend and will most likely never buy a product from this company again.

Takes a long time to set up

Easy to assemble. Looks nice. A little smaller than I had hoped for. Definitely not worth the price. The table is not even knee high. More like a 200 dollar piece. But it’s working for us. Just a little over priced.

It was not easy to assemble. One panel was missing holes and panels were not labeled. It took me a while to ID each piece due to missing ID labels.I do like the look and it’s comfortable.

Great for the price! Instructions were hard to read and understand, but finally got it put together! Mine did come in two different shipments. Overall pleased with purchase.
