I thought this would be a great to be able to take him and not worry ...
I bought this item so I could take my dog to the flea market with me. He has such short legs, so he does not stand to high off the ground. I thought this would be a great to be able to take him and not worry about him getting stepped on ect...I finally got to take him out there this past Saturday. He may be small, but he does weigh about 22 pounds or so. But he fit in it with no problem. He was in it for over 30 minutes, and he sat there like a king.It is very well made. The zippers are great. I thought I might have a problem with them wanting to unzip, but I just zipped then up and before I closed the velco, I just put them under that. Was not bad on the shoulders with the extra padding you get on the large size, did not get tired out or anything. I had some questions about it being any good when I bought it, but after using, I no longer have those questions.Boomers loves it, and I love it. Great fit, easy to wear. Is a bit of a deal trying to put it on. I just put it on, then put Boomer in it. Beats trying to put it on with him already in it.

Wonderful Product
The media could not be loaded. My pup is a cotton ball, so I've never taken her hiking before because the clean up would be a nightmare. Well now she is almost 15 years old and can only go so long on her own, so I found this...front pack puppy sack. That's what I'm calling it.She was a little nervous about the positioning, but she did well enough and it only took a minute to get her tucked in.She was equally nervous as we started on our hike with the typical side to side nervous scanning head motion. After about 10 to 15 minutes she relaxed and by the end of the 3.28 mile hike she was absolutely relaxed as you'll see in the video.Positives:1. It was comfortable for me, and seemed comfortable for her.2. It was fairly easy to get her into.Downsides/Room for improvement:1. A chest strap would significantly decrease the sway! It didn't seem to bother her to sway back and forth but on a longer hike that would really add to me getting tired.2.Once you are wearing the front pack puppy sack, there is no way for you to adjust the fit. You have to take it off, try to guess how much to adjust it, then put it back on. I did my best to fit it before putting my dog in it, but I think it could still use a lot of tightening. Next time, maybe that would help with the sway. They could have designed the straps more like a back pack so that they could be easily pulled for adjustment.3. I recently trimmed my dog down a lot, if not for that trying to zip her into this with long floofy hair would be a nightmare. I think they could have used another type of fastener on the sides for the fluffy pups.Final thoughts:While there are some small areas that could be improved, this is overall a top notch product with a functional design. There were no inherent flaws in its functioning or construction. Most importantly it allowed me to take my cotton ball hiking for the first time in almost fifteen years. To have her right there with me and share that time with her was really special to me. So thanks to whomever designed this and to this company for selling it.

May not work for all dogs and all human body types.
I had a rough time trying to get the thing on myself and her in a seamless manner. Seems to be too much effort for what I wanted it for. It's not really comfortable for me, and maybe having a 16 pound pug is the problem with that because the point where the straps connect up top to the carrier don't seem secure enough to carry her and not hold her as well, which defeats the purpose. a smaller dog I could see this being awesome...but I don't know that I will be using this. I may give away to someone with a smaller dog and no curves on their top and mid section as maybe it will be more comfortable for the human as well. lol My lady lumps really make this thing god awful ugly and uncomfortable. I will say that if you have a dog with the same solid shape as mine (a PUG)...you may want to explore an XL. The large just seems like it will rub on her legs after while causing chaffing. Then again...any looser and you may find yourself carrying your dog. I don't know. Just a bit disappointed I guess. I will keep playing with it. :)

This keeps my dog secured to my chest, and is comfortable for both of us.
My dog loves to go for car and motorcycle rides. This dog carrier works great. It secures my dog to my chest, and has an additional strap to clip to her harness. So if there was any kind of issue with the carrier, which I doubt would ever happen, it works as a backup to keep her secured to me at all times. It's vented well to help keep her cool. It's fun for both of us. Now if I could get her to wear the goggles......My dog's a Min Pin that weighs a whopping 14 lbs. I ordered the large dog carrier and it fits her great.

Well made product
This works okay for short trips. My dog is certainly not the biggest fan of this but she’ll let me do pretty much whatever I want ;) I do think it gets uncomfortable on her legs (kinda digs in on the area where her legs join to her body). I am 95lbs and she is 19lbs, so right at the cusp of this product’s weight limit, and I’d say it’s better for a dog that weighs a bit less (or a stronger human)—together we struggle a bit. That being said, it’s a very well made product, I had no worries that she would fall out or it would break, so I give the product itself 5 stars. Just not a perfect fit for the two of us.

Fantastic Product!
I’m very impressed with the quality and design! I bought it so I can go biking with my Pomeranian and tho the pictures don’t show it, the mesh is actually super soft like jersey and super breathable, there’s also a whole slot at the bottom back for his tail which I learned after a few attempts just having him sit in in for while in the apartment to get him to adjust to it. Went bike riding with my dog for 4 hours and he tho he was nervous at first he got settled after a while. My dog is 4lbs and 12.5 chest so I got a small and it’s perfect for him. Straps don’t dig in at all and no rough edges, zippers are smooth and Velcro on the top two sides makes adjustments for the chest easy tho it’s not tight at all. My dog didn’t whimper or bark at all during the whole trip. It’s a game changer for sure! ^-^

Pupper is surprisingly down with it!
We have a small dog (maybe 10-15lbs?), and purchased the XL size. It takes a tiny bit of practice to get her in there, and I haven't really figured out how to actually mount the thing on myself without someone to help. With two people it's fairly easy; one holds the pupper to their chest, the other crosses the straps across your back and hooks you up.Our dog was strangely comfortable with this new arrangement! No fuss at all, she hangs there, super chill! Seems like it's comfortable; we were hiking outdoors with her on there for... maybe an hour? She never fussed even a little.Build quality seems pretty good, only losing the one star for being a little tricky to actually put on (especially solo), but we're super happy with our purchase. Our dog was getting old and getting pooped on longer walks; now the hikes continue!

Quality Item
This is a really well made item - the fabric is of excellent quality - and it is easy to adjust and fit to puppy. I ordered the medium size as the small one seemed to cover just up to her 4 pound present size. As she is expected to grow to 6 or 8 pounds I felt it was better to go one size up. I folded and stitched the bottom up about 3 inches for the present to make it the correct length, but it is still a bit wide for her at present. Hoping when she reaches full size the medium (let out again) will be just right. Likely one of those items that would have been nice to try on in both sizes to decide which was best. Arrived promptly. Excellent purchase at a reasonable price!

Better sizes for the item are required
The item is nice. The design is simple, efficient and the quality of the fabric is ok. However, to work at its best, that is to say, to provide the proper support to your pet, the size must perfectly match the volume of your pet's body. For a skinny Boston terrier I tried L and XL. The XL was a little bit bigger and it did not hang the animal properly which led to a rupture of the fabric. Differently, the L size, worked very well and supported my Boston Terrier very well. But... as you see at the picture the strap below the neck is a bit inconvenient and should had been able to reach a bit higher towards the neck, so I would say that the size is not perfect. I wish they had a size between L and XL.

Good idea but my puppy does not like it
I saw someone using this with her puppy on the street and I thought this is a good idea. Bought and tried it on my puppy and she cried and fought with me and would run away every time I took this out. This carrier is well made with mesh material so it should be quite airy for the summer, however bc it is mesh it lacks support so it totally gets weighed down once the puppy gets into it. I don’t like how the material kind of rub her private area and I don’t think it would be comfortable for her. This may work for some pups but unfortunately not mine.
